| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- There were some great scenes in this episode. More lesbians- and let us not forget the microbes cheering for rapeage... We also got some deeper insight into a few of the characters. A great episode- but it really wasn't much of an ending in my opinion. Of course, I guess there really wasn't much plot- so there wasn't really a call for any resolution. I just wanted more Kei and lesbian scenes. This show needs a season 2. Your thoughts?    |

| lol @ the microbes for teasing Sawaki for not feeling up on Hasegawa . I also loved the forced kiss between Hase x Oikawa :D Anyway, yeah it was a good ending but this series was just too awesome to end at episode 11. Overall Moyashimon was very unique, funny, and even educational, I definitely wanted more, I also think there needed to be more Kei screen time and less of those 2 annoying idiots lol Well I'm really hoping for a second season. |

| Actually I think it started pretty bad but eventually (around episode 4) became awesome. Nice ending, it didn't really feel like one, but oh well. Lesbian kiss was awesome. :D |

| I totally didnt suspect Kei to harbour such feelings .. i thought he worked there because he wanted to steal some sake receipe / secrets. I still dont really know what to make of this series. At first, I thought it was an educational show where they teach us about bacterias and microbes and their benefits etc since each episode in the beginning introduced us to some new microbes. However, the middle with the spring festival got really silly and it's really about 'college life", if you could even call it that :P. In the end though, it got more serious. In the end, you could kind of see the main characters maturing ... I dont know about a season 2 in the works, but currently, there's a Microbe Theatre Deluxe :P .. those microbes are so cute! |

| soo funny.... great series, too bad it isnt more popular the series totally switched "feel". the first half of the series (when subs were weekly -__-;;;) was more about the bacteria and sawaki's power and sake the second half had a lot more sexuality related jokes. good series nonetheless |

| What a weird, wonderful show Moyashimon turned out to be. While Ep's 2-3 somehow bored me, the rest of the series was hilarious and it was neat to see a show focused on college students instead of high school students. We need MOAR. 8/10 |

| This show had an amazing and unique concept that it could have done so much with, but it wasted the middle episodes on sillyness. I'll admit a few of those episodes per anime are a good thing, but that's all they did. It seemed as if the last episode wasn't so much an ending but a transition back to the main plot of the show, of which they just decided to stop making. It was too abrupt. This series fell in to the Tenjou Tenge trap; starting with a fantastic story and plot line, then going off into what feels like a subplot and wasting the rest of the series with it and never forming a proper ending. If the few episodes that were actually made didn't kick so much ass this anime would be a total waste. |

Agreed, though I can't say anything about Tenjou Tenge, I do feel that this anime blew it at the end. The last five episodes seemed only to focus on an ongoing sex joke, totally disregarding the initial concept. Also, there were some weird choices made, for example Kei going out to try new things means he becomes a cross dresser? WTF was that all about. Unless I am missing something that seemed completely out of left field. |

I thought it was explained rather well, but since Sawaki and Kei's conversation was really vague, I can see why I might be alone. A certain part went as follows (from BSS' subs; emphasis mine): Sawatari: You always got angry when people said you were feminine. So why are you dressed like that? Kei: You're right. This may be something incorrigible coming out of my past. But I thought about how a true face could be hiding behind something you always hated. The thing Kei hated was being called feminine, so the "true face" he's referring to could very well mean that he's more comfortable being feminine. Or, in a more extreme sense, that he's more comfortable as a woman. Just some food for thought, and I hope you don't feel like I'm attacking you, maxcherry. Your post just made me want to put down my thoughts. :3 |

| I thought they dragged the Spring Festival out to long, but it all worked out in the end, and you can't really call the end of Moyashimon the same type as that of Tenjou Tenge, Tenjou Tenge just stopped, Moyashimon at least gave a bit of an ending, and the manga is still being released, so it's not like that's how it ended entirely, they might make a sequel. All in all a good series with a not as good, but still enjoyable ending. |

| So I was showing the first three episodes of this to a friend (she loved them, by the way) I was paying special attention to Kei (I mean, after seeing the end I really couldn't help it) and I noticed that the way he moves is rather feminine, for lack of a better term. Awesome foreshadowing y/y? |
| i gave the show a 9/10. i really liked the first 4 episodes, but after that there were no more real microbe introductions and they started to show up less and less. I thought the microbes were the best part of the show. microbe theater ftw =D I have to admit, i got a little emotional when the microbes wrote sawaki on the bread. haha. good series. |

| Great last episode. When the microbe said "Return" I was like "Yay! He can see them again!" =P This anime really needs a second season. Hopefully, we'll get one on this year's Fall Season. Overall, I really enjoyed this anime. I give it a 9/10. |
| It started a little slow but I liked the first half up to the school festival. While the second half had its moments it felt like the show lost its focus so I didn't like that as much. Still, it was good overall so I gave it a 7/10. |

Well, seeing as how most of the show is supposed to be from Sawaki's point of view, and I can totally relate to being 200% blown away when you suddenly find out your best friend is a crossdresser. Moyashimon is a weird sort of show, where a lot of it is completely emotionally realistic compared to most anime, and then... there's adorable microbes. |

| I was really hoping that some kind of romantic tension would build up when watching the episode, but they really introduced it late, so I guess they didn't want to delve into it a lot. I'm still a total fan of Hasegawa. <3 |
