| I seem to be the only one here who couldn't care less about Naruko, he and Onoda just annoys the shit outta me. So I am all for either Izumida or Tadakoro to win this (reach the 1st checkpoint, I mean). |
| For a second early in the episode when his muscles were bulging I thought that his shirt would rip off and he would transform into the hulk or something. He talks to his muscles ... I have no words. I knew I was right to watch this anime for the comedy. Tadokoro should play wind instruments. |

| It's been so fun up to now, please don't make Tadokoro a human balloon and have a guy that thinks he's hot shit that talks to his abs. It's not funny or entertaining, it's just dumb. Please don't go down this route Yowamushi Pedal! You're better than this. |

| A pretty nice episode. Izumida is a fine character and it was an interesting backstory of him made him more likable, he does have a screw loose in him, talking to his muscles and all, but he is pretty charismatic and interesting character with a nice relating backstory i feel. He finally zipped his jersey at the end, shit's about to get real! i was waitin for it too. Hakone academy seem to trust him to get a first place, so i wonder if he keeps up with their expectations. What i didn't understand is how they suddenly gained so much speed. Tadokoro like a baloon. not sure if that supposed to happen or not. And Naruko threw water bottles and tugged his shirt to reduce wind resistance which makes sense... But i didn't expect him to get that speedy. But those parts were so badass and awesome, i agree. Naruko saying that he is Speedstar of Naniwa and Todokoro was EPIC as hell. 8500. wow 8500... and most people are 4000 Wow. And the voice with which he said it was even more epic. |

| Izumida sure is a tough opponent with his two helpers Andy and Frank, I kinda wonder what he named his dorsal muscle since those helped him out the most. Very hype there at the end with Naruko going full speed and Tadokoro huge oxygen intake. |
