| I was a really active internet user for 6-7 years until I moved house and had no internet for almost a year. I managed to get by and had a lot of time with my friends until I had access to a neighbour's WIFI... After my daily activities instead of wanting to hang out as I usually do, I instead have the urge to just go home and browse the net and do something that I haven't done in soooo lonnggg. So my answer is yes and no. |

| Well I spend a few weeks every year in places with no internet connection and don't feel like a part of me is missing or something. I don't know what would happen if I had to go without internet for years though. Probably would get used to it at some point. |

| Needs in order of importance, why not having them could kill you, and how fast: Clothing, hypothermia, a few hours Water, dehydration, a few days A place to sleep, lack of sleep, a few weeks Food, malnourishment, a few months So technically, yes I can live without internet. In fact I did for most of my childhood. But if we were to do another list, of wants, internet would certainly top that list, by far. It also tops the list of useful things, too. |
