| Makes me want to check more from Leiji Matsumoto, indeed. The movie had some hilarious moments, but was really mesmeric as a whole. Also as pointed out in the other thread in this subforum, noteworthy soundtrack. |

| Very wonderful movie I must say, I'm really interested how Maetel Legend follows up to this as this sure looks a very interesting part of the whole story! I also loved the whole setting and atmosphere as usual in this whole franchise, but the OST was really spot on to making it so great! All in all a very wonderful movie! |

| I had a hard time holding back tears at the end of this movie. The way the "funeral" for the Queen was done was beautiful. That being said, I preferred the TV series over this movie. The events in this movie feel like a remake, as the series is quite different, although both are enjoyable in their own way. |
