Mine is unique.. i download all of anime in my nexus 7, so I have all episodes at my disposal.. I just watch one at a time, but when I become bored with it, I just dropped it and proceed to another one.

I fail to understand how that is unique at all. Loads of people do that.

I'll watch multiple currently airing anime at the same time.

Other than that I normally pick one anime to watch at a time.

I focus on 1 series at a time. But I also have maybe 1-3 or so airing anime on my watching list if they interest me enough. Sometimes I also have a longrunner on my list like I have right now. (not counting the airing ones)
I am not counting these specials/ova's which take ages to complete
So 1 which I focus on, a few airing anime and maybe a longrunner as secondary anime.

Three is about all I can keep track of. Otherwise I have to start writing stuff down as to what last viewed ep of which show.

I used to just marathon one at a time, but when I started Gintama I needed a small break with so many episodes in a row. I added a currently airing anime and an already completed one that was short. So three shows at once. My current 3 are Monster,Kill la Kill, and Aria the Animation.

I am watching 21 total series at the moment. 17 weekly and 4 marathoning. At this current stage I don't think I could handle much more than this.

I tend to have a "main show" that is my main focus but on side i might watch two or three other show's that i watch more or less.

Usually the side shows are something that i might watch on secondary devices.

I can watch 2 series at once and that's it. I tried watching about 4 shows all at once and I lost my mind, which resulting in me dropping those shows. I don't know if I'll ever pick them back up again.

1 or tops 2 completed shows and 2 or 3 currently airing. Usually I just don't bother with so many airing shows cause most of them are shit or mediocre at best. I just wait till something stands out from the masses and I watch it when it's completed. Don't want to waste my time on garbage.

I would usually have one complete anime series that I would marathon over the week(s) while I would have about three ongoing shows that I would watch each week.

For each season I'll watch whats out when it airs if I like it and if I have the time. Which as of now is 25 shows and OAV's, though some of them are pretty damn slow (Gundamn Unicorn).

If its something in my ptw that I don't bother to upload then I watch as full on season one at a time.

depends. as far as completed shows are concerned, I'm usually always watching 1 show and no more. but simultaneously I am watching easily 5+ shows that are currently airing.

I usually watch 3-7 anime from one season, along with ongoing from previous seasons and long-runners. So I usually have around 10-20 anime in my watching list at a time. I also watch one or two completed series at a time as well.

It's different for me. Usually I don't watch more than 3-4 airing Anime regularly.
It used to be more but at some point (especially if there are some "deeper" Anime airing) I realized that I forget too much or mix up too much with other airing Anime between the episodes.

Only one that has finished airing usually, and as many as I want that are still airing (though the only airing show I'm watching now is One Piece, trying to catch up)

Around 5-10 shows. I usually have a range of different genres and usually at least one airing anime, most of the stuff on my list though are shows already finished.

One at a time. It takes less than 2 days to finish a 26 episode series. I never watch ongoing ones. Well, not anymore anyway.

1 or 2 anime at a time. And it takes me ages to finish them. My time only allows me 1-3 episodes per week if I'm lucky.

10-15 non-airing anime.
I'm watching anime only for one year so there are many shows to watch. I can't focus on one thing at a time unless it's too addicting like Bakuman or Kaiji. I also like to watch different things depending on my mood. Sometimes comedy, sometimes fantasy, sometimes sci-fi, sometimes thriller etc...

I usually focus on one at a time with the occasional movie in between. I could watch more than one, but I just rather marathon the series, get the full experience and remember every major scene, then when I'm finish, I move on. =^-^=

I kinda forget things easy as well... So it's best for me to focus on one Anime at a time.

I'll have about three or four airing anime at a time, and one non-airing anime.

The never ending Naruto and One Piece make two. I'm up to the current episode on both of those shows, so it's very easy to manage those two. Only takes up 40 minutes of my week.

Aside from those two shows, I like to have one that I haven't watched before.
My current watch list is:
OP
Naruto
Mushishi

I also have HxH 2011 on hold at the end of Greed Island.. Haven't started Chimera Ants yet. I plan on marathoning the shit out of that show when the Chimera Ant arc ends. So when that happens I'll probably have 4 shows on my watch list.
