But Eclipse would never have happend,so that's not a reason.They were in love but Guts couldn't accept being gay,because he got raped in his childhood.That's one of the reasons why he .This time I'm not joking btw,I reread the Golden AgeArc many times and this is a plausible characterization imo. well I would still disagree (skipped golden age manga before but reading it now near the end of arc atm), for the reasons I stated earlier (Griffiths personality) including it also would have ruined the whole story or been a short relationship and still ruin it some, due to the whole opening talking about destiny and whatnot the eclipse still should have happened plus having a best friend and your significant other is a lot better than having to choose to have one or the other @Lancehot- yes he is uncontrolled rage that rather smash than think but hes never been painted as being unintelligent |
