| The anime takes place 10 years after the game so I'm assuming it's a standalone show but there are a few references to the game such as the fortune teller guy. |

| same here, i thought that it was pretty cool. i just hope it doesnt take a shining tears x wind path, and fall into the depts of anime hell. looks promising so far though, a 9/10 for me. |

When I heard it, I immediately turned up the volume~ Oh, and the other guy that Ryo was talking to on the mobile phone, it sounded like Akihiko >_<. Though that, I won't be surprised if it was indeed him. |

| Changing Seasons was playing the BG of the diner scene and the Velvet Room theme when Shin dreams of meeting Igor. There was too much talking near the beginning. I didn't care for Shin and Jun's conversations and was a lot more interested in the stuff going on with the submarine and homicides and the episode spent way too much time on them. The reimagining of the persona battles for this show looks really cool, and I love all the little throw away references to the game like the pills for controlling persona though it looks like Ryou had a similar bottle on his desk which makes me very anxious. Also pointing as the new evoker made me lol. |

| I enjoyed this episode. I like all the little references from the game they put in, it even looks we getting some things that happen in Persona 3 FES here also. I can't wait for the next episode. |

| The animation is really great. The story is interesting, I've never played the game before, so I can't attest to it's loyalty to the original arch or plot elements. I really liked it, will definitely continue to watch it. My pick for releases of 2008. |

I can so far in this season only compare it to Ayakashi, and it is seriously wining :P omg though.. the creepy little boy who has a like.. dead? twin whatever. I thought he was a girl for most of the ep T_T and then he goes and has a conversation with himself as his twin. D: |
| Although I didn't expect a masterpiece I thought this could be at least a decent mystery anime but I was disappointed. The characters all lacked personalities (how boring can they be?) and the pacing of the episode was really slow. Plus, the animation wasn't good either. They put a lot of effort into the movements of the personas but the human characters only stood still the whole time. Goes directly to my dropped-list. |

| i was wondering how people liked the oi's translation compared to orange? oi took a more localized approach, translating the meaning of the script, compared to orange which takes a literal translation of the script. Personally I prefer oi's version of the translation because i prefer to know what people meant to say, as in their inflections and such, rather than a literal translation. it's a little similar to how chinese is translated(if anyone knows chinese) for example in chinese, Gua(2) da(4) feng(4), means it's windy but a more "accurate" translation would be "there is a large wind". |

| I havent played the game so I found the whole spirit-mech thing and the fight scenes a little confusing. Although, I thought the background music was a good match for the atmosphere and the winter setting/animation was really well done. |

| Question to anyone. Who's fansub would you recommend me in downloading? Oi!, Ainex, Orange Side Fansubs or Sekai Fansubs? My internet is fairly slow so I can't go around downloading everyone and choosing who to keep. |
| Well.. I think you should download Oi! Fansubs.. however, I'm biased. If I was looking at it from an outside point of view, I would still download it over the others.. without going into too much detail.. it just seems.. well.. like I said.. no matter what I say, I'm biased.. so just choose the one that looks like it has the most appeal? Ask around.. I'm sure more people will post their thoughts and feelings |

| I don't really know how to rate this show for now, it's pretty strange and even though the 3 main characters are appropriately introduced, the story has not really begun, so... And I never played the games so I don't understand a thing about these shadow-like creatures appearing out of bodies, but I guess it'll be explained later on. Still one thing is bothering me, the twin stuff with the third brother is absolutely lame. I hope it won't be a major part of the series... |

| Shinsen/Orange encode looks more vibrant than the other 3, colors look washed out somewhat. I prefer Shinsen for known quality and I prefer to stick to the same subbing group if possible. According to that SS, their sub on that line is the only one different from the 4 other groups. I have no idea what persona is all about, but I did find the first episode somewhat thrilling. They better explain everything later on...which they probably will considering how pretty everything looks xD |
