| This was one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen in anime... not only because of the graphic aspect of the episode, but because of all the things that have happened in the last 20 episodes, the fact that you know these characters make this episode something almost unbearable to watch... Berserk reached a different level of horrific story-telling... Also have anyone noticed how the art have been getting better and better? This episode was beautifully drawn and much more vibrant than the earlier ones! |

| After watching this scene twice I still don't understand why Griffith didn't want guts to touch him as the eclipse started. If guts didn't touch him could it have prevented him from being a sacrifice? but the others didn't touch him so.. IDK what the hell Griffith was saying that for. |

| So Guts can't keep in pace with an almost dead man who then finds the tamago stuff that OF COURSE fell on his lap in the middle of a fucking river! Talk about plot device rofl. Also, didn't Griffith said a "real friend" chased for their dreams as well or something (when talking to princess). So he wants Guts only to be his dog and not his friend? I really wish as well Guts would sort his fucking mind. Do you want to chase your dreams or do you want to be with Griffith and the others? Same thing for Caska, she can't sort her mind, too. |

| Man this is so sad. Poor Griffith he's crazy! This whole demon things seems extremely random to me though. Like it came out of nowhere. Definitely didn't expect there to be like supernatural things happen like this. I guess I'll see how that goes. |

| Griffith can still stand on his hands with his tendons cut, pretty strong. I didn't understand how the guy is first running away refusing to let his dream go then minutes later dreaming about a "not so bad" peaceful life if he gives up only to wake up and to decide to kill himself (the ultimate running-away action). Idem for this "Don't come. Don't come. Or else I'll never ... you." Yes, right... what? Still, the episode was great with the main characters facing different truths (Guts in particular, he was so slow toreach this point -_-) and possible futures. 5/5 The way the other dimension covered everything looked like a computer effect, nice though. |
