| I was scared that I was gonna lose my MAL account without even doing something wrong. ^^ But one the thing that I noticed is that the IP address is wrong that gave me a thought that it was just an error. Please ignore my message. |

| I didn't really pay too much attention to the ban message, since the IP provided (commonly used behind a NAT device) and my actual IP didn't match, so I just guessed the site itself was having some kind of coding or network problem. Next time, people, it helps knowing what your actual IP is. Use sites like What Is My IP, My IP Addressp, or IP Chicken to figure out your public IP. If it doesn't match with the IP noted as banned in MAL, you don't have anything to worry about. |

| Kind of funny how everyone actually sended an e-mail when the IP was probably FAR different of everyone here. Don't nobody knows their own IPs or didn't nobody just payed attention to it? You can check your IP very easily on the internet, just type in on Google "my IP" or something like that and you get the information. I understand how people get a bit of worried though, but I'm just wondering about it... |

| Phew... I wondered what had gone wrong (or what I'd done) when I saw that message. Espcially since I tried to access MAL on two different computers and it displayed the same IP address being banned. Plus, I couldn't access anything in MAL that time. GLad to know that you've identified the error Thanks |

| That confused me, but I figured something was messed up since the IP was strange and I was still banned after trying about five proxies. |

| Yeah I was the same, realised it wasn't my IP address and then used my phoen to check (didn't even realise my phone could access MAL, opens up a whole new world for me...) Good to hear its sorted now though :) |
