Hey, im looking for either a manga or an anime thats like nana. Id perfer if the protagonist was a boy, but either way works.

The maybe Nodame Cantabile and Toradora. But both are more comical than Nana and the protagonist is a boy. But I'd recommend you watch or read the others stories from Yazawa Ai. For example, Paradise Kiss *-*
