| I remember reading a folktale like this a very, very long time ago but that version was about a giant offered to help the local villagers but ended up toppling the carts of salt they were crossing over the sea on his leg to the other island because of how his foot was placed near an anthill. I rarely enjoy really old anime but I actually liked this one~ It's understandable and pretty entertaining. |

| I t was easy to follow the story and it really peaked my interest on how it would play out. Great story, I enjoy a lot of these black and white films. I would love to have a hand mill like that on hand! |
