| LiSA OP and ED for this series is fine but definitely weaker than her songs for the original season and even the movie too. Kind of forgettable I would say in the long run when I look back at her memorable anime songs for me personally. Episode was slow but makes sense as to why of course, given how it's the beginning phase of the movie here in anime form. Tanjiro and Rengoku's conversation was eh though, Rengoku's clearly a nice guy but he's annoying too to a degree, like most people in this series. |

| The new OP and ED make it work watching for people that have already seen the movie so good. Interesting to revist the arc at a slightly different pace. |

| And the arc itself started, so far it's the same as the movie. It still didn't explain what those kids were doing on the train and the people are still reacting in a weird way. Rengoku's sudden facial expression change was so badass, loved that. I also liked the villain here because what he did to that train worker wasn't objectively bad. He didn't want to live anymore and he got to die dreaming about his family. And that's why I don't like what they did with the Lower Moon demon later on. |

However, it's plausible that Tanjiro may be capable of mastering all techniques, given his rare black sword – a feature unseen among the top performers in the corps. Additionally, I have a strong sense that Kyojuro Rengoku's demise may be imminent. |
