| Holy shit this episode was brilliant. SHEER BRILLIANCE! I teared up during the performance it was so good. And it synced up well with the backstories. Satowa knowing about Chika's past, she turned the Moe on lol. |

| The episode I had been waiting for, the performance, and it didn't disappoint!!!! The kotos sounded even more beautiful then I thought!!! Not to mention some damn onion ninja's appearing at Chika's solo, so yeh that's why I couldn't stop the tears from my eyes! |

| Wow, what a beautiful performance! Best episode so far. I think Chika is my favourite boy of the season, he's such a nice guy! I love grandpa Gen as well, it warmed my heart seeing him tearing up after watching his grandson smiling. He reminds me of Shiro from Ao no Exorcist, who's one of my favourite characters ever. Can't wait for next episode! |

| This anime is so terribly underrated !!! I LOVED this episode. If the show keeps going into this direction this will be top 3 of anime of the season for me! I agree it started off slow and average but this episode right here is what they’ve been building up to and it’s been awesome to watch ! |

| they did such an amazing job animating/directing/koto performing i had lowered my expections in the early episodes but damn did they regain my trust??? they captured the magic of koto so well and last few minutes were heartmelting!! my heart was racing at how beautiful they were playing the koto I WANT MORE OF THIS KIND PERFORMING |

On the side note tho, there was no way all the guys without experience would learn this piece in a month. They must be super talented, all of them. And Houzuki is still annoying, I fucking hate her. :^) |

Character development is supposed to be done slowly but well if you still hate her that's fine. I just hope you won't hate the other girl as the series progress since I think she is one getting the most character development imo. And by the way, the president obviously has experience , Kudou also has little experience so the last sentence "there was no way all the guys without experience would learn this piece in a month" comes off weird. I was mainly talking about 3 other guys who probably never saw koto prior joining the club, I’m not talking about playing it. Chika did have experience, moreover he clearly has a big talent, so I’m not questioning him. And yeah, I fully understand the character development bit. She does change through time and it’s cool, but I just personally find her very annoying. |

| Dang, chills sure ran down my spine... The music was so nice. To be honest though, I was trying hard to enjoy just the music but the narrative and character lines kept on distracting me. It was a great episode overall. |

| Overdramatic flashbacks aside, the presentation was truly beautiful indeed. I guess Houzuki's conflict with her mother will be the next arc. Let's see how it will be handled. |

| Fudge, this was stunning! Completely blown away, amazing episode! I didn’t cry but I was totally captivated and struck with awe throughout the performance! Chika’s part kicking in with all the emotions overflowing, glorious stuff! Houzuki swallowing her pride and apologising there was super touching too but got to love that Houzuki x Chika following moment! It’s been such a great development between the duo so far, I was honestly blown away. And then that moment when all of them were in perfect sync with that final burst, jeez Koto is amazing! Lol, the Vice Principal’s grand plan to pummel them down in turn only managed to strengthen their bonds and improve their latent abilities. Chika's Grandfather is the man, by the way! To be frankly honest, this show has got apparent flaws which you honestly can’t deny but the execution of it nevertheless is brilliant! Loving this so far! Just the ideal romance anime I’ve been looking to watch for a while! |

The only reason I am watching this anime is to hear the koto. You can't hear anything in manga after all lol. |

| Nice to finally see the tsundere showing a softer side, romance was the main reason I started to watch this (today). Their performance at the end was quite soothing, and that vice-director asshole got owned really well, Satowa showing her manipulative skills~~ |
