Not what I expected from the 7 mins preview I saw. Pretty solid movie 7/10. Didn’t like her second custume. |

My wife and I both quite enjoyed it. Very glad the MC was not a school kid. I was also pleased that the MC had realistic emotions, and that she was not suddenly some kind of know it all. Love the "smart" grapple! |

Orphan kid - check. Super Villain - check. Loyal companion/s - check. Multi millionaire equipment - check. Batcave - check. Ninja mentor - check. Batsuit - check. Kinda gay - check. Avengers assemble - check. 5/10 Like it was not that bad, but it lacks something. |

5/10 Basically as generic as anime can get. I guess this is kinda fine if you are starting but as someone who have been seen anime for years the movie had every single cliche a shonen can have (and honestly, felt like something wrote out of Hollywood). Rika is "shonen protagonist 101", her relationship with Mia was oddly vague and the villain was... terrible. The animation and music were very good but everything regarding the plot was painfully below-average. I literally fall asleep for some minutes (also, the beginning was the best part). Finally I do think this was going to be worse if it was a 12 episode series, considering how the movie went. I guess it will have a sequel if it gets popular, so I hope it does for the ones who like it. |

Big fan of the mc's design. I loved it tbh but, the truth is I found this movie quite boring, except towards the ending. 4/10. FireFistYK said: Wow, I didn't know that. I usually don't care too much about pacing but the one in this movie was... fast, but after what you mentioned, it all makes sense.I'm dissapointed because it was actually enjoyable. So for those of you who don't know, this was supposed to be a TV series, most probably a 2 cour one that had production problems and was semi canceled, so this is basically what they salvaged out of that. The first 22 minutes are fantastic and that's because that was supposed to the first episode. After that it gets noticeably fast paced, uneven character personalities, akward character development and the movie ends without even confronting the main villian. It's sad because it was still somewhat enjoyable. I liked the characters, the setting, the music, the atmosphere and this really could've been a really chill action ninja Anime but unfortunately it got lost in production hell It's a pity really |

So essentially this was just a superhero origin story... Nothing original here but nice design and aesthetic. |

It was a... fine movie I guess? wasn't that bad nor was it any good, just.. normal. It was a tad bit too superhero origin type for me to handle, didn't like how cheesy some stuffs were, maybe if it were a tad bit darker or edgier maybe I would have enjoyed it more. The animation was nice tho, and I like their character designs, especially the MC, she's both hot and adorable. |

Man I was looking forward to this ever since it was first announced, I loved Flip Flappers and Princess Principal. That's why it was pretty disappointing that this project which was supposed to be a TV anime got compressed into a 90 minute movie. I could tell that they didn't have nearly enough time to do everything they wanted to do with the story. I also expected the animation to be a little better. I really liked the characters though, the yuri undertones between Rikka and Mia were great. I'd be thrilled if this movie got a sequel, because although I enjoyed it, it definitely feels incomplete. |

I mean..it has great action that's all I came in for. I liked the characters as well. Story seemed a little weak. 6/10 So is this gonna be another 3HZ movie series, since they are doing 6 Princess Principal movies? |

Past the initial 25 mins which we first got a preview out of it, I was certain this would be good... Until the 1-hour plus remainder. To see this project condensed from a TV series to a movie is disappointing enough, but what's even more frustrating is that as much for an original story, it can be seen with the naked eye that it isn't explored and developed well, definitely not rushed out of proportion. There's not much substance for this to warrant a TV series, and now I understand how badly this came close to being cancelled. Character wise, it was OK, for both Rikka a.k.a Lily and Mia to be involved and related to one another, their interactions were haphazard at best. Otherwise, all is fine, nothing good nor bad. I find it weird that Rikka and Melissa almost looked like Zombieland Saga-inspired characters by design. Some good amounts of animation. CGI-wise, it isn't bad, but it's ugly as molasses. But the amount of action was substantial as expected of Studio 3Hz. Music was plenty-fine too. Overall, story is the bottleneck of this series. Other than that, there's nothing much I could say about this movie. Had this be a TV series or even a movie sequel (in the future), wish there could be more involvement In both the story and characters. 6/10. |

This essentially got the same treatment as Neppu Kairiku Bushiroad, planned as an anime series, got cut down to a 3 hour movie which then proceeded to be cut even further to an hour and a half. Sad things like this happen but the movie was still somewhat enjoyable |

God this was great! The animation and score were top notch and it was faithful adaptation of the source material. I won't complain about it not being a tv series because of how they handled the story development- It's clear they're planning on making more movies or ova for the rest of the series. |

@Jesse200000000 Someday people will learn to just say “I liked the ship these characters of the same gender” or “I like to think about lesbians", rather than trying to rationalize this with silly excuses about a lesbian representation. Are you so afraid to admit your interest in this that it must necessarily be covered by populism? That cliffhanger man! It was a great action though between Lauren and Rikka. I see Mia has decided to join up with Rikka/Lily. But I was more surprised by the join up of Mellisa. Speaking of Mellisa, I wonder what is she and what is her mission. Judging by her reaction with Mia when she was cut, i would say she isn't even human. But Brad made a little bit clear when he called her "AMD00", she could be a model or something of a prototype. That smile though by Brad, would send anyone to shivers. The new gear by Rikka looked nice, but I liked the last one she used, on this one I didn't like the really long hair on it. It looked stuffy and really unattractive, it doesn't even cover her full face. Overall this was predictable, and had that Kill LA kill vibes to it. I think the writer had kill LA kill in mind when he wrote this one, I mean the story line revolves around both protagonists fathers being murdered for some kind research conspiracy. Both are designed the same, and both are have battle outfits left to them by their families. They both seek revenge of course. But this one lacked soul unlike kill LA kill, Lauren didn't have that intense villainy in him to be the last. But I understand the writers wanted to create the next sequel, so that they may face Brad. The story was flat and very predictable. Overall nothing was really special you can take from this basic movie, the Mia suddenly turning an ally was predictable. The action was good though, but the animation was just another I've seen before. I thought the animation style from the thumbnail will be like Promare, fresh and very cool. But meh! 6/10 |

It was ok in my opinion, Here's why. I Mean based on my opinion there's nothing really special to jt, the plot is not that Interesting it's your standard revenge story thing, the visuals is good, the story is somewhat fast phased, and the characters are really standard. So in my opinion it's a standard movie. |

“Sir, I’ve got the target(s) in my sights. I literally have them backed into a corner and they’re at point- blank range. I’ve got multiple machine guns ready to unleash a hailstorm of bullets. What are my orders?” “Your orders are to miss every shot”. “Yes sir”. Pretty much sums up this movie. |

Anyways, aside from the obvious eye- rolling that comes from the trope of characters dodging endless bullets *by running in a straight line*..... The beginning already set this movie up for failure in my opinion. Why? Well, I get that they had to do what they could given time constraints, especially considering this was supposed to be a full series now condensed into a movie. However, I still felt like it was a bit.... cliche how the attack on Rikka’s family just *happens* to occur right when she comes home for her 16th birthday. But I know, that’s just nitpicking. What I think *really* made this difficult for me was watching the so- called assassins stand there and do absolutely nothing when they attacked Allen’s research lab. I’m assuming the movie was trying to set these soldiers up as hardened, ruthless killers who will kill anyone to complete their orders, correct? So when they found Allen and Rikka, and had clear orders to kill everyone, why didn’t they just do it? Instead, they hesitated, and then the grandfather came in and took a few of the soldiers out. But they still had a few men left standing, and they pumped grandpa full of holes. But of course, because this is anime, he’s somehow still standing and able to give a monologue. Instead of just shooting him and then killing Allen and Rikka, the soldiers just stand there and do nothing. Then, Allen causally gets up and inputs some sort of security code, which *finally* wakes the soldiers up, and one of them shoots him in the back. So now he’s laying there, and Rikka is trying to comfort him, and they’re chatting about her exams and stuff. And what are these supposedly cold, heartless murderers doing in the meantime? Standing there. Doing nothing. Then finally, after the 8 minutes of the security system count- down (btw, who gives an emergency security system a lag- time of 8 minutes??), the animals come out and attack the soldiers while helping Rikka to escape. So for that entire time, the soldiers could have waltzed in, killed their targets, and gone home. But instead, they just stood around and let the characters chit- chat until a bunch of cyber animals finally show up and move the plot along. How am I supposed to take the rest of the show seriously after that? Well, I wasn’t. It was clear that, at all times, the plot would bend and situations/ characters would get nerfed so that our MC could come out unscathed. Dodging multiple machine guns simultaneously? Check. Swords that can block literally anything? Check. Evil villain who can defeat his ultra- powerful daughter can’t kill a basic ninja girl and ends up being defeated because she just jumps on his back? Check! Not to mention that the pacing was all over the damned place. But despite all this, I still gave it a 3/5. The animation seemed good, the MC was likeable, the premise was interesting, and the overall vibe was cool. Just a shame though, because this could have been so much better imo (even if it was cut down from a full season into a movie). |

Simple but entertaining movie. The story is all about father vs father technology, it was simple but after Rikka's father died everything changes. The fight here was really great and I love it, the story were normal and I don't find it really amazing, and the movie focuses only on Rikka, mostly. I would be glad if the other characters have more screen time, so it would really make a great impact to me. Anyways I think this is a normal anime, it's not bad at all, but definitely longer is better. |

Pretty nice movie overall. The start was really great but the rest wasn't as good as the start and things felt pretty rushed. Thou it is a 90 mins long movie so thats understandable. Rikka, Mia and Melissa r all great girls. The animal drones were great too. The story was pretty decent and that last fight was really well done. Hope to see a continuation or a tv series of this. |

Well, hearing this was meant to be a series and was partway through production before being cancelled and cobbled together as movie is no surprise at all. Really sad. The plot isn't much from what we saw in the movie but there was potential here. My only concern was the hollywood superhero movie vibes it gave out that others alluded to. It felt a little "off" as an anime. But I still enjoyed it at times, mainly the first half. The character designs were hands-down the best thing about this. The three main girls looked great. Rikka was especially interesting, giving off strong badass tomboy vibes that was reminiscent of Kill la Kill. Loved the Yuri undertones too. This could have been a gem of a series. But instead we got a movie with a generic bare-bones, unfinished plot. Thanks production committe. It's actually such a shame an action show with a cast of cute girls where none have cow tits got cancelled. Considering how badly Granbelm did this year I guess there isn't the hunger for such shows. I blame 17 yr old boys who only care about cowtits and male self-insert protags. |

Pretty disappointing. At the start you will be thinking you will be watching "X" and even think "I will probably enjoy this" but then it will quickly show that it will more cliche and not good. Also, Mia's dumbness there is not limit to it. Also, "friends"? What the fuck they have met just once and just played chess once but then she calls her FRIEND and even take her to her house or whatever even knowing that she was also one of the ones involved. Even though it's not what she really wanted to do but even so... Anyway... Started promising ended disappointing. |

Why would the drones be against her killing people? She's from a family of ninjas. Killing is a huge part of what they do. Her grandfather said as much in the first five minutes of the film, and her father never spoke against her joining the family business, and in fact, left her a bunch of lethal weapons in case she decided she wanted to. She was the only one in her family that ever expressed any reluctance to kill when the situation called for it. It makes no f'ing sense for the drones to be the ones to stop her. She should have either killed Mia and regretted it (which would have required the authors to put a f' ton more effort into getting us to care about Mia prior to that point), or she should have stopped herself, and then dealt with the emotional backlash of failing to avenge her family. If anything, the drones should have been the ones egging her on, yelling at her to kill her target quickly. This movie had a lot of problems, logical inconsistencies and plot holes, but this one I can't just brush passed and ignore. Its just not worth watching if they're not even going to bother trying to maintain internal consistency. |
