| The transformation in this episode reminded me of Optimus Prime and Jetfire combining in Transformers Armada..... Good times The long awaited and obligatory swimsuit episode and it didn't disappoint! Oh and also great action |

| So I guess this was the "mandatory beach episode", huh. I mean, it had swimwear, fanservice, and exposed skin, so it was close enough if you ask me. I really liked the touch of Utsumi being "pudgy", it was cute, since the main characters somehow always have killing bodies with abs, it was refreshing. Calibur, and his friends having to the take the Junk to the scene was nice too; just like the Kaiju. I'm no Tokusatsu expert, but this one had a different feel to it, and it wasn't only because of its size, I don't know, it was like a colossal, primitive beast, it was really cool. Anti also cares about Akane despite her abuse, and she got Yuuta with the transforming bit. At least she is convinced that it is him, the story is certainly progressing. |

| Classic beach episode. The episode was pretty okay but it is obvious right now that they need to do something new next time. 10 minutes SoL followed by Gridman owning Kaiju with an extension is getting stale. | Someone need to make a Vince McMahon Reaction meme for this episode. Akane in bikini, all girl in bikini, those interesting camera angle, the fight action, etc. It just get better and better. I love that they throw in some little funny thing in every shot. Poor kaiju boy tried so hard to impress Akane. Act cool by throwing Akane the scarf but it smelled bad. |

Even then, those guidelines seemed to be a couple of years old and more in regards to their tokusatsu stuff. |

| This episode was way more uneasy than swimsuit episode has any right to be. After kaiju appeared episode's direction seamed like it is constantly is omitting something. This surreal atmosphere remained even after kaiju was defeated. It was interesting episode however in the end I feel like I was cheated out of something important. Maybe another (more clear) dream sequence would have helped. Tho be honest I was expecting one when Yuta was sleeping in the train on the ride back home. |

| Lol, that guy Gigguk saying Trigger is saving anime with every release, tbh I'm disapointed with the story and shitty CGI, good animation and amazing art, but the plot... ehhh I'll keep on watching 3 to 4 episodes more to see where this is going... but not impressed until now. |
