| Well, Masamune's instincts kicked in and he believes Yoshino may be the one involved with his past. Got a lot more background storytelling about Yoshino and his connection with Masamune. I wouldn't call it suspense though, more of drama considering this made Masamune change his own plans. |

| If anything Fake Mas is a cunning fellow. Given the bond between Aki and Yoshino her getting jealous of Mas and Aki's bond was hardly surprising. Still the revelation sure created one hell of a badass moment for Masamune. Overall i thought they managed to handle the revelations and the charting of Masamune's new course pretty well. Its unfortunate that the bond between Masamune and Yoshino is now strained but that was unavoidable. |

| After all this years finally got to see this in the anime, really happy. The episode ended at the confession which was a nice place to end the episode. Next episode gonna be so good. |

| Not sure what to feel about all this. On one hand it's cool to see the whole premise of the story getting flipped like this, but after having the whole story so far make Yoshino out as likeable and Aki as unlikeable, now suddenly trying to make us think of them as the opposite is a bit of a stretch as a viewer |

| How dare author keeping us in dark and trying to give a wrong impression about someone who's downright horrible.. not that I didn't know already but still. And what does that backstory and this whole "i'm reflecting upon my actions" segment was??? DO WE HAVE TO FEEL SORRY FOR YOSHINO???? WHAT???? The overall count of likeable characters in this series still stands at a BIG FAT ZERO.. and I'm sure that'd never ever change. Though for now, by the grace of god atleast something happened, that something which should've ages ago. Give that human trash a lifetime of beating mister protag. PLEASE, THAT'S LOOOOOONG OVERDUE. |

| Not sure exactly how to feel about it, it's long overdue that Kanetsugu gets that punch he deserves, but seeing as Yoshino has been the most likeable character in this series so far, getting this reveal gets me all conflicted on how I feel about this series as a whole. but for now, I think I like this, but depends on how this situation gets resolved next episode. Don't ruin this opportunity. |

| I can comprehend Yoshino's actions considering how poorly Aki treated her. Unfortunately, Makabe became an unintended casualty in her quest for revenge against Aki. It's a relief that everything is now revealed, as this might put an end to the revenge drama, allowing Makabe to focus on confronting Kanetsugu. The show seems to revolve around characters with some foolish tendencies. The punch Makabe delivered was undeniably gratifying. It's time to expose the impostor and restore his reputation so that he can win the heart of the girl he desires. It's time to take down this piece of shit Kanetsugu! |

| My dude just punched a girl... True gender equality moment. Thank God he doesn’t know it. I had to play the punching scene 6 times, totally satisfying. And the look at Gasou's face was worth it. But I feel really bad for Neko Fujinomiya, she was my number one girl since season 1. I liked her very very much. Why is it always the girls I like don't get in the picture. Always.... Like, Nisekoi, Rent a girlfriend,Re: Zero (Subaru did had a alternate ending with Rem but not in the main story) konosuba etc, I'd rather not say anymore names |

| I simply do not understand why everyone is so much happier with Gasou getting punched for pretending to be someone else so he can help his sister, when the biggest culprit is Yoshino. Yoshino
If she wanted to get even with Aki, she could have done something else. Masamune was just a little, fat, bullied child. He never did anything to Yoshino. He didn't deserve that. If I were him once I found out what she did "she's dead to me." Unforgivable. Yoshino's actions RUINED 2 people causing 10 years of emotional trauma that isn't easily recoverable. But y'all Yoshino simps going to go "it's okay cuz she has big oppai?" Crazy. |

| Finally, the confrontation and truth but I am still mad at what Yoshino did even if the entire season 1 was her trying to atone. Gaso had that punch coming for him ever since he was introduced. |

| So the whole truth is revealed by Yoshino about what happened in the past. Yoshino was the one who called Masamune "Pig's Foot" back then in her motive of revenge, which only ended up doing more harm than good for herself, Masamune and Aki. It was one giant lump of misunderstanding that's now starting to get cleared up one step at a time. I'm glad that she's finally revealed this to Masamune and also helping him to go after Aki considering her position. I know that Kanetsugu is doing what he can to help his little sister and no one wants to be in his position either, but after what he has done in this series up to this point, Masamune had every right to deck him in the face at least once. It was a long time coming for that action to happen sooner or later. Now with this situation unravelling, I do hope it gets resolved in a satisfactory way. I'm sure there'll be imperfections here and there, but as long as the series handles the next few episodes well with where the story is right now, then I'll be happy with it. =) |
| Okay, so I was out of the loop last week so I've been catching and OH MAN, I WASN'T EXPECTING THIS. Despite the whole thing feeling like one of those afternoon soap operas, Masamune's Revenge somehow pulls off what plot twists it wants to hurl at you. I am a bit disappointed that more wasn't made out of Makabe's shock at learning that all along the one who embarrassed him and named his Pig's Foot was Yoshino Koiwai who immediately regretted her moment of jealousy, but I'm willing to let that slide for now since Yoshino not only calls him out on having developed genuine feelings for Aki, and also because Yoshino seems genuinely sorry for everything that happened. I'm nervous for what comes next. A very soap opera ending with this episode but watching Makabe sock Gasou for lying is awesome and I'm left stunned. |
| This episode made me rethink my impression about gaso he just going it for his sister (Good big brother vibe) but using the wrong methods. His method could harm everyone involved including him. |
| Well at least Yoshino felt guilty about it and is trying to make things right but she really should have told Makabe that she was responsible for his pain from the start. |

| Possibly best episode since the beginning. Yoshino's story was very good. |
| do have mixed feelings about this whole thing being one giant misunderstanding but I think Makabe is correct in saying that everyone involved was being an idiot including himself. |
