| All these Bleach references xD I liked the part about Asaemon committing seppuku because she couldn't achieve Bankai. Once again the episode went by sooo fast... they ended it right at the best bit. Super serious preview. |

| Damn! That was an intense end to the ep :O Gintoki's one of the head hunted criminals! Shit got real. Loved the new OST pieces this ep. I heard around 4-5 new ones and all of them were really great. RIP Gin's chikubi (T^T)7 And Dat Pandemonium in the ED <3 PV had some really nice vibes. Can't wait! I'm loving the 2 new characters. Asaemon is cute and pretty hot too :3 Inoue Marina gotta play a role in that :P |

Loved the artstyle during the small flashback and the music during the end was amazing. Gintoki's name is on the list?Damn,I'm looking forward to the rest of this arc. The episode looked beautiful btw. |

| Great start to this new arc. Very interesting revelation at the end. More insight to Gintoki's backstory? That new chick's voice sounded a bit like Kyubei. For a few seconds I actually thought it was her in a mask. Until I remembered the opening... The Bleach references made me laugh and poor Gintoki and his nipple XD |

| The first serious arc of this season. The art of this episode is absolutely top notch; it feels like I'm watching be forever yorozuya(now with the serious feeling). Can't wait for the next episode. |

| Good start to this great arc. Animation quality seemed a little better, and Asaemon is definitely voiced by Marina Inoue. |

| Perfect episode! OST was da bomb; the one playing at the end before it's revealed Gin-san's name's on the list is amazing. I honestly played the OP a couple times over before I started the ep --so in love with it. The parodies were gold; I lol'd so hard when Gin-san wanted to avenge Krillin. Have high hopes for this arc. |

| I found the first part with Asaemon and Gintoki a lot funnier in the manga. But it was still funny and this episode was beautifully adapted. Love the background art, it was colored beautifully with lots of detail to fit the atmosphere. |

| well that felt short (just like every other Gintama episode) The Bleach references were brilliant.I've read this arc in the manga but the VA's do make a lot difference when it comes to Gintama Next Week:HYPU INTENSIFIES |
| The directing in this episode was truly spectacular, the way this was handled was far more polished than the previous 2 directors handled things, also the art team deserves props for this episode's gorgeous visuals in the flashback and the backgrounds. I never heard much about this arc from manga readers so i always just assumed it was a weak arc, but so far im pretty hooked, i just hope its not only 2 episodes but at least 3 |

| Mmmm, that was interesting. I'd say without risk that he was arrested while he was a Joui, but then he was released by an official. It will be nice to know more about Gintoki past :D The Reaper seem to have a nice collection of nipples. |
