| What an excellent series. A perfect combo of action and comedy! I love the attention that is paid toward explaining the various martial arts so that even a layperson such as myself would understand. It made it all the more believable, compared to other action anime, and added a whole new level of enjoyment to it. I hope they're going to make more episodes. I haven't heard any new of it, but the manga has enough material for almost 100 more episodes if they keep at the current pace. Here's hoping! |

| i was extremely surprised at how much i enjoyed this anime. it sucks that it probably wont be continued :( anyway..i loved this series...im gonna miss it for sure.. il prob rewatch it in the subbed version eventually. |

| i gave the show a 9/10, woulda been 10, but there were some episodes where there were insanely long recaps where it didnt need to be (4 minutes is too long of a recap) and then there is the ending that left it open, which im starting to expect in animes, tho all the build up of the relationship aspect between miu an kenichi, where she starts feeling jealous it seems but doesnt know it or why etc, an wasnt expanded on, atleast in the anime but despite all that, i loved the show, just the show i needed after watching the atrocity that is GetBackers lol Shigure was one of my favs amung the masters, loved how she was envious of kenichi imitating Ma one second, then jumping up an celebrating when he was imitating her in the eps before this one lol |

| Didn't expect the anime to allure me till the very end. I thought 50 episode would bore me eventually, due to the expectations of it being dragging, but I stand corrected. Great anime! I'd be awesome if there would be a continuation knowing that the manga is still on-going. |

| I am surprised to see how many people actually enjoyed this.... I found there to be too many over reactions in parts, it lacked a sort of seriousness around it, and sadly ended abruptly. And damn, those recaps... just too damn long. 5/10 |
| What a great ending I must say, full of action and heartwarming friendship! The small recap in the end was also very lovely and it really ads more value to the whole serie imo if they do it like this! So all in all I quite liked this series, it had really great story and character development and intense battles so for me this was a great anime and a great 2 day marathon! 9/10 A bit sad that the voice actress of Miu died before the sequel ova's but well other than that I'm looking forward what the ova's have to offer! |

| Wow I enjoyed this show... the comedy, the different martial arts disciplines, each character had his/her own uniqueness... I can’t say enough abut this anime. My only gripe is that I didn’t see Miu fight with al her strength with a worthy opponent nonetheless this was a rally good Shounen. |

| Ahhh that was a good watch. 7/10. Very childish which made it difficult to take some moments seriously but yeah, overall, a decent anime. Shocked that there're still more than 400 chapters left after the chapter the anime finished on. Don't think I'll read the manga straight away but it's something to look forward to. I'd love a season 2 but I feel like if they were gonna do one, they would've done already. Don't know whether to watch the OVA's or not... |

| The Anime only encouraged until episode 146. The Ovas covered the volumes 46, 47, 49, 53, 54, 55 and 56, so it is a very big leap in history since the episode 146 of the Manga is there by volume 17. 8/10... |

| Loved the montage when the theme song played. Kinda rushed towards the end and more closure would've been preferable, but it was nonetheless a great ride. Quirky characters, full of shounen tropes, fanservive and cool fights. A nice package, there hardly exists anything better to have a fun watch. Definitely gonna check out the manga at some point. |

| Ugh... in the end Kenichi of course had to be an idiot and pity his opponent and even consider him to be a friend. Odin's reason actually was a badge that he got back then from a candy machine wow... talk about a retarded villain. And what was up with those last few minutes, just recapping scenes from old episodes? Lazy way to finish this This anime had the same problem that a lot of shows have. They start of fresh and make it seem like they are unique, but in the end we get the same goody two shoes protagonist who fights for his friends and is way too friendly to his opponents... which then become his allies out of nowhere. Also the last fights were pure sausage fests, the female characters became practically irrelevant. 5/10 |

At least that's how the Legend goes. :-) |

| - Very fun and easy to binge - Old school shounen charm despite having all the cliches and tropes that come with it - Lovable cast of characters and cool designs - Great soundtrack along with unskippable OPs and EDs IMO... - Mixes comedy and action/drama better than most series ------ - Not enough focus/fanservice on the Masters and their backstories/training/day to day stuff, etc - Sometimes too cheesy and cliched for it's own good - The shitty recaps at the start of the show - Needed more romance/slice of life moments IMO... Still, a great 9/10 series personally. Onto the OVAs... |
