Now i get why i don't like S2 and why S3 has been vey hit or miss, i can't stand most conversation scenes in Re:Zero, the dialogue is not well written and the characters act too much like exposition machines without any personality, but the action/high stake scenes are actually well done and work well imo, in spite of the bad dialogue.

So much yapping. Should drop it at this point

Priscilla is goated for real. That action scene was insane, it felt like the matrix 360 scene meeting anime (without looking like shit because of cgi)

Subaru kinda forgot to mention how he wants to achieve all of that. I guess Reinhard will help when he inevitably turns up again.

Also I love how Emilia is not just a damsel in distress but still doing her best to contribute.

Subaru infused with dragon blood and the blood of a sin archbishop of lust. Then his factor of sloth (and maybe pride?). On top of everything else Echidna's "bodily fluids". The guy is a biohazard and I wonder what he will develop into.

The ending with Al was quite the cliffhanger. I had a feeling that one of the candidates coordinated this event cause so many candidates arriving at the same time was too convenient and the witche's cult did not really shine with diplomacy. Up until now my prime suspect was Anastasia but now I am leaning more towards Priscilla. It was exclusively the other candidates and their followers suffering in many ways whilst she is unscathed and seems to want to steal the show.

BTW I should add that if you haven't been watching Re:ZERO Break Time then I highly recommend doing so. They aren't just chibi extras but are basically essential side stories for the main anime that contain important lore or things that were cut from the anime. The last 3 or so Break Time episodes had some very important info or major lore drops that likely won't be covered in the main anime. At least not any time soon.

In Japan I think the Break Time episodes are played after the main anime episode ends its broadcast on TV so it’s hard to miss. Ig they couldn’t care less about the western viewers.

Freaking insane, and they sticked to their plot and way of writing the story... nothing too intense except for INSANE LINES that the VA bring out. 11/10 no glazing no cap, re zero has did something that most anime did but to the level i have never seen before! Love it

@ButterdJar nah, it's no big deal. Capella always regenerate her clothes too. So it's not weird seeing Subaru's clothes got regenerated too.

The amount of improvement Liliana has had from the WN to the LN to the anime(read in KSI voice) is just so impressive. From dreading those four or five chapters, I now look forward to White Fox adapting these chapters.

Also, this is right around when my opinion of Priscilla started improving. Glad I'm not the only one.

Priscilla was badass in this episode. There is unrest in the city after the flood and it looks like it's up to us to solve that problem. Subaru's resolve is strong and he wants to look cool as Emilia's knight. I can't argue against that and he wants to save his beloved as well.

Excellent episode, Subaru collects curses from all the archbishops haha I wonder if it will end up being something negative or positive.... time will tell.
Demibestias, demi will be for demons ? and I love Priscilla's sword.
I kinda feel sorry for Crush, I like him a lot and besides the poor thing lost her identity...now she's poisoned and as they say even disfigured or something.
Ok, the 2 wisdom books no longer exist and the artificial spirit is Beatrice.... I still don't rule out that there are mistakes, maybe it's not Beatrice or maybe some book magically survived the fire or there's another one we don't know about, etc.
Nice words Subaru, worthy of a gentleman but results speak louder than words.
Al is back, let's see if he finally does something interesting haha

So somehow Subaru didn’t die. I guess the dragon blood that entered his body allowed his leg to grow back and I’m assuming his Return to Death powers stop him from transforming into something gruesome, like what seems to be happening with Crusch Karsten.

Priscilla came in clutch in the beginning, and Lilianna is able to stop Sirius’ powers, so we’ll see if the city can be taken back.

On Emilia’s side of things, it seems that she came up with a 900 IQ strat to escape from Regulus’ grasp, and in the end it seems an ally was able to get through to her, so we’ll see how that goes.

Will the intensity continue to rise? Where is Garfiel right now?

I’m excited!
