some people can really pull it off. others can't. i rocked the stash for a while and everyone called me their step dad. i'm not sure if that's good or bad considering i'm still in my 20s lol

why do you think it is that people will listen to and idolise artists religiously who talk about drugs and crime but when they meet someone who does it irl they judge them for it?

Do you like moustache

I have no opinions on them.

I personally however can't grow a full moustache, I grow an untidy amount (and then it stops growing) so what that lends itself to is that I need to shave this regularly.

I think potentially people have this notion that in media and art, there is a lot more freedom which can be exercised and a large group of concepts can and should be freely discussed and explored.

With regards to judging people irl (so I assume you're essentially asking me about why there is slight hypocrisy), that could be a multiple set of reasons which I personally won't dive into and speculate why people do this (apologies).

^^ Because theyre kinder gardeners like people who think smoking is cool and something to promote as free dum tools of the industry made on the backs of human misery.

Also fiction is different from reality. In fiction it can be cathartic, exiting and people dont have to deal with it in reality its shit, it takes up resources and peoples lives. It can damage society if its bad crimes and not bad laws that shouldnt be a thing in the first place but is cause money or ignorance speaks.

Addiction is a wasteland of what could have been or ruin pretty often. I think judgment for people using is wrong. I think judgment for people promoting shit is right. Like the concept of dont pull others down with you you know.

Im too tired to write more lmao

More often than not, it's an underestimate rather than overestimate. I for the most part analyze in my head "how well I can carry out such a task or correctly evaluate my resistant I am to certain things". I more often than not find out I am better than I thought I was.

I rarely overestimate my limits and find out "oh shoot, I've bit off more than I can chew".

i feel i often waver to both sides of the spectrum. no matter how i feel about myself some days the reality is I have achieved many things that I'm very proud of and the crafts I have spent countless sleepless nights mastering speak for themselves. yet a lot of the time I feel like a fraud regardless. Like things are wasted on me and that my peers outshine me in every single way. Other times... well I guess I let things go to my head and start talking about becoming the best in the world xd

Articulate what they like and don't like. Peers (including friends) of mine are more outspoken about "oh hey, apologies but I'm not a fan of this" (or something of this nature) whether it comes to an activity or a certain place to eat.

There have been times I silently went along with something which I had slight reservations about because of a combination of how shy I am + I try to be more agreeable and not risk bringing disruption.

Slight positive impact since it's made watching anime more enjoyable for me. I also think interacting on FG has been overall enjoyable.

I think in the beginning it was positive, as I've always been very sheltered and had no friends, and hardly any contact with anyone, and using MAL gave me confidence to chat which I didn't have at the time. But now it's increasingly negative, as hardly anyone talks to me anymore lol

I remember i read 1000 pages in a day but i cant remember what it was

Ive probably had one that was like 1200 or more but i cant remember that either... Not a 1 day read though

Disclaimer: i dont usually read anymore that was a one off that made me happy cause i was able to read again, when i thought i couldnt anymore. Thats also why i forced my way through it cause im afraid when i put down a book as after ive finally been able to read that i wont be able to pick it up again.

MAL is a far cry from being my main literature site, that's why I won't be doing mere single chapter updates anymore. Manga- aka Baka-Updates + 2 French ones are miles better and more thorough/complete + less restricting. The latter are perfectly suited for Manga/Light Novel/Books collectors such as myself. Less stressful/tiring this way. -g-
