I'm not complaining about it though, I'm just pointing out what could have made that scene more logical, this was still an awesome episode. To be fair this whole sequence felt a lot more dragged out in the anime although it is still weird. You could say Eren isn't your typical anime protagonist. He is your typical anime villain. |

Anime was it's best 20000 years ago, when cavemen drew art with real depth. Modern anime is all garbage. I miss great old days of anime. |

You are suggesting that a cannon should have hit Eren and then Reiner, but the scene would not be as cool as if the cannon hit Eren, it just means Reiner wasn't truly needed then. Basically this is Reiner moment and no one else but him can save the jaw titan, this is painting Reiner as the hero of Marley in this narrative, that was the point. I will also give you another example of dramatic moments, Armin did not have to remove his hoodie before transforming, but for the viewers purpose to know who the character is and also for the cool factor, omg its Armin! Certain things in films are made more dramatic for the viewers purposes. |

I agree that certain things in films or animes are made more dramatic for viewers purposes but I also agree that not everything is perfect and that films or animes can also screw things up for viewers purposes, they may have the best intention doing it but it will simply make no sense to some people because they may find it illogical. The example you provided with Armin is not as important as Eren biting the nape of the Jaw Titan, Armin didn't have to remove his hoodie and he did for dramatic purposes, that's true but removing the hoodie is not nearly in the same ball park as what happened with Eren biting the nape of the Jaw Titan because that one is a lot more important than the hoodie scene so the nape biting should have the utmost priority in 99% of the cases. Instead of your example I will provide a more accurate one: You have a gun and you are about to shoot dead the most dangerous being in existence which exist just to kill innocents or whatever (can be a human with super powers, a monster, etc...), if you kill it now you will save humanity but instead of killing the bastard (which will take you less than 1 second) you turn around to see what's happening in your surrounding for a couple of seconds or minutes... this doesn't make sense and is not logical at all, you could have ended the threat right there but you shifted your priority for something else which is "turning around", why don't you simply shoot the bastard AND THEN you turn around? it will take you less than 1 second after all. As you can see, in that example shooting the dangerous being was the most important thing to do, stopping it just to turn around for a couple of seconds or minutes is not logical to some people. While I'm not complaining with that scene I rather have a scene that is dramatic while having some logic at the same time. |

Back in the first season, Annie was also shown to be able transform again in the Giant Forest not long after her Titan form fell into the Survey Corps' trap, which forced her to use the scream to gather the surrounding titans and create chaos in order to escape. So, it's nothing new, really. |

I replied to you but I guess it got deleted. Eren was always able to transform 3 times but they only showed his training for like half a minute in the first episode of s3p1 cause it rushed 5 chapters in 1 episode. Read chapter 53 of the manga and it goes more into detail. Keep in mind he was only able to use his titan abilities for a few months at the time. |

| what an experience, I felt like I was watching a decisive football game, continuing from the last episode, the marleyans organized a little bit, Zeke came and he was flanked by Pieck and Porco, but even with that, the islanders defeated Zeke and Pieck. Lots of islander soldiers died so RIP, their deaths will create freedom for Eldia. Eren acting like a smartass and busted the maid out of the shell, it would've been better if Porco died too but Reiner awakened. Very angry that Pieck and Zeke weren't captured, they lost so many soldiers and only for one shifter, Sasha was glorious at sniping and the other soldiers were good. I was so happy when I saw that boat, I was sure that's not a random fishing boat, Armin destroyed marleyan ships. That scene when Armin saw the dead bodies and commented how Berthold saw the same thing was a mistake from his part, Berthold didn't have empathy, he was just a killer who hated the eldian islanders, he was happy that he killed so many, on the contrary Armin was sad seeing the bodies because he's a gentle and kind human being, but this is war. Basicaly, the eldians that are captive in Liberio are like hostages on a terrorist attack and the terrorists already fired at the hostages killing them, so at this point, the saviors (islanders) have to come in and kill the terrorists, so we don't have to cry for the lost eldian lives. In the end, they got a zeppelin, that black guy I don't think he's eldian, looks like he's from the mainland, curious to find more about the islanders' allies. Eren can easily defeat Reiner so there are no worries, man, Mikasa and Levi were on fire, imagine if they had 10 more like them, Eldia could've finish the war in one day |

Imagine yourself learning and be educated that cockroaches are evil and all should die, then you go kill some cockroaches, you won't feel a thing because of the indoctrination. |

| I can understand the hype of this show .Isayama is a genius.He literally turned me to Marley's side in just 2 episodes and I hate the survey corps now.Eren and Reiner's character writing are phenomenal.Reiner is my all time favorite character now.Didn't thought that there will ever be a side character that is written so well.I didn't liked how our Potato girl turned out to be like this :( The animation quality was of the level of the movie.I loved it but the cgi of the odm gear was bad and it was noticeable this time.There wasn't even any smoke or dust coming from the odm gear and it lost it's charm.I also don't like the animation of the Colossal titan even if it is 2d.It should've been cgi since they were good with it but NOPE.I think it was because of the toxic fans that they changed it to 2d. The deaths have also become predictable now.I already knew those two are going to die. This the best episode so far after Reiner's backstory episode. Also what's up with the new Armored titan design? |

| And thus the cycle continues. HOLY CRAP HANGE SAN MAI WAIFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry had to get that out of the way... My biggest complaint was the CG of Eren jaw open waiting to eat the Warhammer...that looked really bad. Other than that great stuff. Marley and their Titans got absolutely destroyed...just like Eren's town did way back when...the cycle continues. |
