| Eita is the best girl of the series, and I'm not even talking about his rurihime persona. When will we get a romcom story about the "best bro" archetype? We have enough of this nerdy, cool, aloof, self insert mc. |

| I just realized now that this anime does almost everything dramatically lol. The moment when Akane found out that Runa was not Rurihime and when the glass broke was really amazingly dramatic xD I still don't like most of the characters here especially now after Runa's appearance. But I like Eita and Takezou. |

| There was obviously some second hand embarrassment but generally speaking it was good. The old guy is really dope. Now the plot is starting to take of with us getting insights into new characters and Yamadas backstory. The confrontation between the sister and the main character will be at least a bit interesting to spice up at least something in the relationship between Yamada and her. Also how did she realize so late that the sister wasn't Ruri? |

| Well I don't blame Akanecchi for mistaken Runa for Rurihime considering Eita modelled her after his little sister for some reason?!? I quite like Eita and Takezo so far, Runa on the other end seems like quite the 'b*tch' if I had to use her own words. |

| the more i watch yamada, the more i like him. the "your lack of interest in girls is not normal" exchange hit a bit too vlose to home for me. i hate the word normal. i know what it feels to ask yourself if there's something wrong with you because people keep pointing out to you how something that feels natural to you isn't normal, so, there must be a problem. i may be projecting a tad bit too much, but i tend to like socially awkward characters because of relatability. yamada was a bit too plain for me in the beginning because he's the stereotypical hot broody mute guy, but it can be done right when you get into it and well, let's hope here it is done that way. i'm a bit concerned about how they're gonna explain his ways though. that being said, i don't really like runa. she's a brat. but with she being the youngest of the bunch, she's immature. i feel akane and her will become friends along the way. everyone should have a chance to grow up, right? and eita, i love the kind of person he seems to be, even if i don't always have energy for people like that irl. and i loved kamota-san. he reminds me of this 60/70 year old lady i watch on youtube who really enjoys gaming and that's heartwarming to me. 🩷 i liked this episode. i don't think it's unreal how akane is beginning to realize she has some kind of interest in yamada. it's not that she likes him, yet. but like a crush, she already feels different about him than she feels about other people. this meetup with runa, if this was a manga in the 90/20’s, runa would get some guy to show up and “scare” akane by doing something horrible to her or making her believe he did something horrible to her so she could blame herself and spiral in overwhelming guilt into depression. i’m glad we’re past that now. |
