| Kotomine is as mischievous as always but that's to be expected I guess :) They somehow managed to portray Iris x Saber relationship pretty well, such sadness in both of them yet they manage to enjoy every bit of their free time. Kiritsugu and Maiya scene was also good (now we know how Kiritsugu feels about Einzberns, no wonder he is so ambivalent). Those passports were American, though? Did they change seat of Einzberns from Germany or was it only for their fake identities? (but I guess it's the color of their hair :D Every Japanese know that blonde "kinpatsu" foreigners are from U.S. :)) And on top of all that - THE music! Kajiura, I love you! Epic fight await us! |
| Japanese do know a lot about Germans, actually, who are also stereotypically blonde. But it's probably just some fake IDs Kiritsugu came up with. Maiya also has numerous identities. Her first one was "Hisau Maiya". |

| 5/5 Episode gorgeous, the story goes really well. The narrative is engaging and the soundtrack accompanies beautifully. The drawings and scenes are excellent throughout, the animations are a spectacle. The characters stand out like stars. I find really no flaw in this anime and it looks even more beautiful than I remembered. |

| Saber is the lamest of all servant. She is like a homely wife. I hope this isn't another version of Fate Stay Night that has Saber winning it all by the end. Rider's larger than life personality is friggin awesome and it would suck to see him lose to this stupid ass bitch servant. I am sure that will eventually happen, but I am praying it does not. |

They could have just called her Joan of Arc and I would have been fully on board with that character. |
| Thats sexist. Except from having more yaoi vibes, having a male Saber(without the Fate/Proto scenario) wouldnt change anything.It would just make Gil pay attention to one more dude in FZ. And there is no point in using the Arthurian legends if the character is Joan. |

I grew up watching King Arthur in several forms of media. Watching a couple more episodes of this series has given me relief. I hated the Saber from Stay/Night, or more precisely the dynamic between her and her master. A dopey kid summons a waifu with subtle romance kind of scenario is nowhere to be found in this one and I am very happy with it. Still I would have preferred the male version of King Arthur battling it out against Alexander. |

If someone portrayed Jesus as a female, a good number of people would go apeshit. Anyways I am in the process of binge watching and the more I watch, the more I love this series. At this point, yes, I don't care Arthur is a female anymore. I respect this character Saber and her masters over the romcom combo of 06 FSN. |

That series was the reason I never bothered to watch Zero. It took a strong recommendation from one of the Berserk fanboys and Guts idolizers on this site to convince me that Fate Zero was worth a serious watch. I am done with season 1 and deep into season 2, loving every moment of it. |

| Huh? And here I thought summoning a Servant meant only one in each class would appear to you, so how did he summon a whole effing guild of Assassins?? On a side note, Saber in a suit was... nice? I'm still trying to process it, she appeared more handsome than beautiful to be honest. And what's up with Kiritsugu two-timing with the other woman in suit? Expected better of him. | I love Rider. I was worried it was Rider trying to fight Saber, I'm enjoying the Iri X Saber dynamic. Great episode, I loved Rider philosopher for life about living life to the fullest ... it even has me thinking. I'm enjoying this series. |

| Amazing episode!!! Rider is just badass, Saber in a suit!!! Tons of assassins, they already plan that Kirei and Tohsaka would act like they were enemies in order to lure others. I'm already seeing lots of red herrings with Iris. Not gonna surprised on what will happen to her in the near future. Can't wait for the next episode! |

| We got Lancer, who must be the servant of Archibald. Kiritsugu is really cheating on Illya. Dunno why. And since Saber has no spirit form, she is confined to physical form. That's why she didn't appear. Saber looks good with her invisible sword. Let's see how the battle goes. Hyped for next episode. If Saber wins, I want the next battle to be Rider vs Caster, Berserker vs Rider, Saber vs Archer(In all three, I hope the former wins) and then Saber vs Berserker. 154 hours or 6 days 10 hours remaining. Assuming that 7th day one servant died, this means that one servant dies per day, and on last day, the holy grail will be lifted(and servant dies accordingly due to fulfillment of wish, probably). Let's hope for more action. I hope we get to see the use of 3 command spells and the assassins at church. Along with the master working with the servant.  Maybe something like this. |
