| It'd be really nice if Takemitchy can just get used to the situation immediately, especially since he's looped several times already. What a waste. Liked the anime from start to finish, but man what a weird way to end a season. Sudden death, death, death. Been doing the same for every loop, so this doesn't come as a shocker. Wish it was different for once though. Was also not a fan of the last-second 'emotional' backstories. Not entirely bought with this anime but maybe a 2nd season will be more interesting. |

| Takemichi became the new 1st Division captain even though he really just stands around crying and not doing shit lmao. Just when you think he's living like a baller in the present-day, it turns out his life isn't as good as it seemed. Kisaki is still a piece of shit, and damn they really left us with that cliffhanger. Not a bad show imo, it certainly had some problems that were impossible to ignore and there were plenty of moments throughout that required some hardcore suspension of disbelief.......like, to the point where it just wasn't possible to be like "oh it's anime" and move on without questioning it lol. Otherwise, it was still a pretty solid show. Definitely a high 6 to low 7 for me. I'll probably go with the low 7 since my overall enjoyment outweighed the things I disliked. |

| man i dont even know how to feel about this series. i enjoyed watching it but there was so much idiotic stuff throughout the entire season. like a 10 year old getting a tattoo (wtf) on his head (bigger wtf), ambulances that wait for the characters to be badly hurt/dead before showing up, an adult woman trying to sleep with teenage takemichi and him just tryna go along with it despite having a gf, time travel that was given 0 explanation at all, 13 year olds with mopeds/bikes(?), etc etc. ive watched other time travel shows and theres always been an explanation. tr had 24 episodes and all we know is that takemichi can shake naoto's hand (why does it have to be naoto only?) and go back in time/forward in time (how? why?). no explanation or attempt at trying to understand the time travel element at all. not sure im understanding takemichi's character at all this episode. takemichi wasnt even trying to fit in, acting like he had amnesia this whole episode instead of cleverly trying to get information from people to understand his situation. and then funnily enough, right after takemichi travels to the future, that's when kisaki wants to spill his guts?? interesting how the time travel element works like that. and then jfc, where was hina???? my dude spent so much time scrolling through his contacts looking for naoto's number. UM LIKE WHY DONT YOU CHECK THE NEWS ON YOUR PHONE AND SEE IF YOUR GF IS DEAD??????????? kinda laughing at the fact that takemichi didnt even recognize his own "crew" from middle school too lol. 7/10 bc i enjoyed this but there's too much nonsense lol |

| Really liked this show,it was really unique You don't see much yankee animes like this especially nowadays and i really liked the whole 2000 gang vibe,the look,the hair,the outfits,the attitude Sure TR has a ton of problem like stupid melodrama and logic and realism going thrown to the toilet multiple times but i just can't make myself hate it for some reasons,especially with such a banger last episode I really really hope for a second season now by the same studio they did god's work.almost no cgi and really clean drawing with a decent animation overall,the seeiyus were fantastic too. |

| YOOOOOO WHAT???? This whole episode had me questioning everything. Takemitchy becoming The Captain of the First Division was so damn HYPE LET’S FUCKIN GOOO TAKEMITCHYYYY WWWWWWW Drippymitchy’s new present-time look surprised me and so did the other characters. But of course, more pain. Takemitchy had to watch Chifuyu get killed right in front of him. wait WHAT. WHY IS KISAKI CRYING. WHY IS TAKEMITCHY HIS HERO. WHY IS IT QUOTED (My “hero”)??? DID HE GET SHOT?! Tokyo Revengers blew my mind with how much I liked it. I didn’t expect this at all. Now it’s finally time to read the manga :D |

| Takemichi became the division 1 captain because of Chifuyu that was nice but in the end why did Kisaki call Takemichi his hero it used to be Mikey So what happened and Mikey is missing Ken was executed and who are the black dragons but anyway this was really good |

| I see some people hating, I actually enjoyed this. 8/10 Felt suspenseful and kept me interested. A strong showing for an albeit weak few months of anime. |

And that future... it looked good but nothing actually changed. In fact, Takemichi seems to be in a worse sitch now cause he's not even working with Naoto anymore. Honestly though... how the fuck is Takamichi STILL so naive?! Why in the hell would you drink the whisky?! He knows that Kisaki is the enemy (no matter what he seems like) & he knows that the bastard will use dirty tactics. Baka. Kisaki calling Take his 'hero' has really got my mind spinning! |

| This is going to be long. Sorry not sorry, what the hell was this anime? It actually reminds me A LOT of Ousama Game. Why? Because the animation is the worse shit I've seen in this entire year, specially for a hyper hyped anime, if I'm harsh with Ousama Game's animation and a lot of others, this anime will be no exception, the character designs are horrendous and how they are drawn in the episodes are also horrendous with a few exceptions like Mikey or Chifuyu. The story is also bullshit, the story we got in the first 6 episodes or so was already bullshit, but do you remember that story? Because the correlation to the point in the last episode to the first plot is literally nowhere, the characters that died at the start kept dying in the middle episodes and at some point they stopped appearing. (Just like in Ousama) Besides, with this type of story, all the deaths that they showed are supposed to be sad or something like that? Out of 1 death in the past, every other death was in the present, and they kept coming back to life, so every single death being emotional and shit was pointless. (Just like in Ousama) The world itself, this is the best part, there's no people in this world other than the gang members, the whole world is gang members and a few doctors, like we only get to see the police when everything is already over? They ain't doing nothing with that shit, if Mikey killed Kazutora and moved away from the scene, nothing would have happened because the police wouldn't be there anyway. (Just like in Ousama) Takemicchi is easily the worst MC this year, bitch kept crying even in the last episode, (not talking about the present, talking about the past). 0 progression in his character, wanted to save a girl he left because yes years ago, and in the middle of the anime he forgets and the Toman is what he loves most. He tried to "save" Baki, and he thought that the best way to do so was to prevent Baki from moving, in the middle of a battlefield knowing well damn right that Kazutora was going to stab him. (Just like in Ousama) The other characters are also fuckin trash, a lot of names were thrown in the anime and I honestly remember 7 at most, the rest of the cast didn't even get explained a little, and even tho Takemicchi has saved them several times, they still tell him shit like "I'm going to kill you" and some bullshit, like, I know they aren't exactly smart, but holy shit are they really that brain-damaged? (Just like in Ousama) Conclussion, Tokyozzzz is the sequel to Ousama Trash with "different" characters and different plot, both have an incredibly high amount of bad characters, the plot is garbage and so is the animation, and nothing makes sense. 2/10, the 2 is just for Chifuyu, he is the only worth thing from the anime, and they did him dirty in the last episode anyways. "The last epìsode was fire" bro , how?? they literally drank something sus from a person that killed your friend and that clearly is your enemy, how dumb can the plot be, this might be a good adaptation, that doesn't take the fact that the story (manga) is garbage as well as the animation. |

| 0.5/10. One of the worst shows from this year. Everything from the visuals to the story to the characters are so lackluster, dull, and disgraceful. Whatever ideas it tried did probably look good on paper but end up tactless and nonsensical. So fucking glad it’s over, at least for the time being. I would go on a tangent about why I loathe it so much, but it’s not worth my time at this point. |

Chifuyu drank it too, despite not trusting Kisaki, because I'm sure he and Kisaki have had drinks together several times in those 12 years. He was just trying to behave like normal and not give himself away. |

| A perfect cliffhanger for those who have not read the manga yet. It keeps the watches craving for more. And when we do get a second season a lot of people will be anticipating on what might happen next!! I can't wait to get a second season!!! And imma miss that fire opening 😭 And sidenote everyone in this timeline looks so good! And Koko and Inui finally made their anime debut! There voices sounds so good and fits them well. |

| The final ep in general gave quite a few turns that leave you wanting the s2, i give them points for that, but the death of baji did not have so much depth -___- however if we see the anime globally i see flaws in the animation, i hope there will be a change of study and soon the arc of the black dragon |

| I loved when Kisaki shot him in the leg and head. Knowing jerk Takemicchi and his penchant for getting beaten up, I'm sure he liked the first shot, pure pain. There is no better demonstration of being retarded to start drinking with your main enemy apart from the others, on top of knowing that there is talk that there is a spy. Now to wait for the second season and suffer headaches again wanting to murder the idiot, who throughout the season hasn't made ANY GOOD DECISION. |
| Dude, Chifuyu really chose Takemichi as his captain. Kek moment, ngl. So, its like the dream comes true for Takemichi. But, his move back to the future kinda be the mistake. Alright, continuing the same move like previous arc, this one had it too. Everything change again in the future, and, yeah, following Takemichi success getting the place, future changed too for Takemichi. But, was that the best one? Nah. There's no Hina. He should've realise something still wrong. But, this also a tease for the next arc, following the introduction of the new characters from the Black Dragon gang. Ofc its ended up bad again, and its directly from Kisaki's hands. At the end, they ending it in a pretty nice place. A cliffhanger one. That one must be hard for an anime only. But, overall, even though there's still a lot of cringe moments, the story keep attracting until the end. A good first-two arc introduction. I am thinking of giving this bad, because of the story sometimes doesn't make a sense at all and heavy shounenish influence. Its not like i hate shounen show. But, for this, sometimes its feels ehh. But at the end, i'm still liking several parts, especially the side characters. All of them looks more intriguing than the mc. Props for tkr for building it up until this end. 7/10 |

| am much as i liked the show the MC is so stupid i mean come on now there is no way he should be trusting the guy no matter what... he knows how much of an asshole he is over all knows how bad the guy is and yet he just goes with the flow in this future and drinks something he gives him smh with that said hopefully season 2 wont be that far off cause i would love another season of the anime for this anime but guess we'll have to wait and see but god i just hope MC becomes better at things sooner than later cause god damn is it annoying seeing him trying to get anything done anyway need to start the manga now also i still feel kisaki knows about mc and the switching through time but idk for sure but its just the way he said things at the end the whole "who are you" and then the "my hero" makes seems he knows but then again earlier on in like the series early eps he did hear it himself so guessing some how he can keep note of it though not sure how but sure that'll be told soon enough |

| Where they left off to end the season was pretty well done in my opinion. Parts of me wish that I hadn't picked up the manga when I did in order to feel some of the shock and awe but after the hype of the then upcoming Bloody Halloween arc, I couldn't resist. I found myself underwhelmed by the arc and the anime itself made it worse. If there is a season two though, I'll probably tune in because I prefer that arc (and characters) but we'll see. Just glad to be along for the ride. Until next time folks. |

| What a way to end the season! Though I'm still confused why did Chifuyu explain everything that had happened for the past 12 years to Takemichi as if he was absent for the whole period of time. This show is a 7/10 for me. Good story but some scenes simply don't make sense. Still hoping for a S2 though. |
