| Opening and ending are very unique!! I haven't laughed this much in a while it was so funny yet when they use drama elements to make a dramatic scene it is well done. Can't wait for more characters to be added into the romcom to develop disputes. |

| This is definitely going to be my favorite anime of Winter 2021!!!! The depictions in the anime looked so cool and the opening was catchy!!! XD This gave me good laughs xD I'm looking forward for more of this!!! |

| Strongest themesongs so far this season, also nice visual presentation. As for the series, like it so far. Definitely has potential to be great once the characters have grown on me. PS: Miyamura's hairstyle when tied up, seriously mirin, should try that out as well |

| It was a Really nice episode and It seems that they adapted the first 3 chapters of the manga, I think some of the transition going to another scenes is kinda not good in my opinion but anyways I really enjoyed the first episode, the opening song is also good, I'm looking forward for the next episode. I also wonder how many chapters they're going to adapt in 13 episodes. |

| I love the opening song! It feels like I'm about to go and listen it again! And I'm suprised they've done well at creating sort of video game CGI for the ending! XD Hori and Miyamura is a really interesting characters! I love the chemistry between both of them, especially when they both revealing their secret that cannot be shown! I hope we can get some lovey-dovey moments in future episodes! Poor Toru, I feel bad for him getting rejected by Hori-san! Well don't worry I ship Hori and Miyamura here! 😄 Overall, this anime will be my favorite anime of this season! I love the comedy in the anime! I can't wait to see more funny moments later! 😆 |

| Nah it’s fr crazy how clear this show is. One episode in and it’s already better than oregairu. Peak slice of life romance. The direction, voice acting, art, cinematography everything was top notch in this ep. If it keeps up, free 10. |

| Finally a great adaptation of the cutest manga ever. Both the OP and the ED were great, the animation is just beautiful as always with CloverWorks and damn the seiyu's fit the characters so perfectly, can't wait for more ^^ |

| I’m just so sick and tired of misogynistic personalities like the teacher. It’s honestly so disgusting and I don’t even know why no one is bothered by it. Anyways, teacher aside, great start. CloverWorks is at it again with its super animation and visuals. Hopefully not one of them; Neverland, Horimiya and Wonder, Egg Priority will have a decrease in quality Looking forward to this one. Never read the manga, but I’ve heard a lot of positive things about this. Let’s see what the hype is about Hopefully there will be real romantic developments |

| It's here! More comedy than I thought it was gonna add in. It stayed faithful to the manga, the artstyle is basically the same. There was even an after-credits scene. 1-cour show but a lot is gonna happen I feel it. Can't wait!! |

| Great first episode! I haven't read the manga so I was a little jarred by the fast pace in terms of how fast their relationship developed, but I'm looking forward to seeing more! Also the animation was really really good, and the voice actors seem to fit perfectly! Can't wait for the next episode |

| Tomatsu Haruka is such a good fit for Hori, as I’d expected she matches Hori so well!! Ah I’m so glad! Souta is sooo cute. I was excited to see his character design as well as he was so cute in the manga. I like the retro vibes of the OP too! If I remembered correctly in one of the polls mentioned by HERO in the manga Ishikawa wasn’t very well-received, but I’ve always liked him. He was always kind to Miyamura & tries to understand him in his own ways. I hope he receives more love in the anime too. I hope they animate his weird dreams too ;) The backgrounds are pretty faithful to the manga’s locations too! Miyamura & Hori’s personalities & the humour are translated pretty well too. Off to a great start! Not sure about Shuu’s voice yet tho. Can’t wait to see the rest of the characters!!!! Especially kaichou being voiced by Nobu. |

| I remember getting very lulled by the long ass filler parts of the source material to the point where it got tiresome eating the same old "spaghetti and meatballs" over and over again. But hot damn, the visual presentation is great, and the character dynamics and chemistry are gonna be fun. No offense but I hope they don't adapt the parts from the source material that made things feel so dragged. Not my AOTS, ofc, but it'll be one of the more enjoyable series for me this season, from the looks of things so far. |

| It's finally here! And it's so much better than I could've expected! As a huge fan of the series I'm really impressed with the adaptation so far. To be honest, I started reading the manga back in 2016 and I've never re-read it from the start so I have no idea how many chapters were adapted, if it was faithful and if they added any new content because I can't remember that far back, but they did hit the main points that I do remember so I'm pleased. I also think the pacing was good. Really interested to see how far the adaptation goes and if they'll skip any comedy scenes to favour the more "drama"-lead chapters. The OP visuals definitely did make it seem like it's going to be a drama series when most of the story is mainly comedy-lead. |

| Horimiya fans have been waiting and after all the years of growing up, the anime adaptation is finally here! We now see them in their true forms and damn it is really cute!!! Words can't translate the feelings I'm having rn seeing this episode. The art and animation is really great, the OP and ED will grow on me, and the comedic moments are somewhat nice, not too forced but not too shallow, so that's a plus for me. I was kinda off put by the pacing but I guess they have to fit it all in the first episode, either way it is an OK choice. RomCom and the sweetness show of the season, it's Horimiya everyone! |

| I knew nothing about Horiyama and this was such a great first episode, sooo much stuff happened I had to double check if it was 24 min lol! Both MC have such a lovely design and personality, artwork is on point and music gave me Kuzu no Honkai vibes ; o ; |
| I loved it! This was definitely a story I wanted animated, so it’s really exciting to finally get it. This episode was fast paced for sure, but it didn’t feel rushed to me. It was confirmed to only be 13 episodes? That makes me sad... I don’t think they’ll get to the point I wanted then... I hope they make a season 2 then to really finish out the main story. |

| Finally! Horimiya got a proper anime adaptation that it deserves. CloverWorks really did a good job on this. The visuals, animations, everything looks beautiful. Especially Miyamura, he looks extremely gorgeous. The OP and ED were great too. I'm really loving how this started. It could definitely be one of my favorite shows this season. |
I’m curious if they did that to link the two tattoo scenes. Because he shows Hori his tattoos at the beginning of chapter 2, then chapter 3 is the interactions with Tooru. Hopefully we’ll get the rest of chapter 2 next episode. |
| Everything is just spot-on. I love the OP very much and the ED is kinda unique in a good way. SASUGA Cloverworks Romance of the season hands down. 5/5 |
