I know that we all have our own circumstances and i respect that, so if you need a break just message me. When card maker participates in edition he will get one point. Every 2 months there will be "inspection" to see how many points every card maker gathered. Minimum points required is 2 points. This also means that card maker doesn't have to participate in edition every month, but needs to fulfill a quote of 2 editions in 2 months. If card maker gathers less than 2 points in 2 month he will get a red dot. What is the meaning of red dot? if you have a red dot and on second inspection card maker collects less than 2 points (participates in less than 2 editions) he will no longer be a staff member. This doesn't include the staff that goes on hiatus for some time (have to announce it before). Of course there are also benefits in this. Every 2 months the card maker(s) with most points can either decide on layout for club, game, topic, well anything he wants, let's say that he can make a wish regarding the club. The new rule will be in use from now and inspection 2 months from now (1st of December). If you don't understand smth or have any questions, feel free to message me. |
