| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A cute start with the selection of cast and the cheerful mood. I noticed the episode also features the lifestyle of the main characters such as when they're at school. We got all the main characters introduced in this episode so I'm curoius to see how much they'll expand on their personalities. Personally, I think Mira is adorable while Ao has somewhat of a more mature type of personality. Mai is also fun to watch. |

| This was really nice. Honestly liked the characters and there was even one with Yandere behaviour, in a way at least. Also it seems the club activities went well even if it was two clubs in one so it looks nice for the future. |

And Venus that represent the female sex was visible multiple times in this episode ! Two of them interlocking are symbol for lesbians and lesbianism!! And the two girls where holding hands under Venus watchful eye!!,,YEEES!! Awesome start!! I give it 8/10 Lesbian sweetness cant get a better start of the year 2020!! Fucking love it!!!  |

Consider girls lesbians, because they hold hands against the backdrop of Venus? Lol, no comment. However, what's the difference? You will still consider any all-female show to be Yuri, unless them will have romantic subplot with guys. There is no loli. |

| I loved every second of this. This astronomy and geological stuff is really interesting. I'm looking forward seeing more of Ao and Mira. They're all so relatable and cute aswell. Hopefully the entire season is just gonna be like this and it might be one of my favs ever! Man I wanna see more so badly! |

| Ah, a doga kobo show and cute girls doing cute things. What's a better combo? I thought this was nice. I liked watching the girls just have fun and while it's not engaging, it's fun. I'm excited to learn more about these girls. I was surprised by the yuri moments in the show because it doesn't feel like bait. I like that and the girls seem very sweet. If I have to say anything about the girls besides that their all cute, Inose is the best girl. Like her a lot. |

| Great episode first up, totally loved it from start to finish! Ao and Mira are just too kawaii~ Such a sweet and touching reunion as well! Certainly didn't see that coming though but really happy for the girls nonetheless. And the phone conversations were really cute too, I want to see more of these two! Ao's past trauma causing her to not only hate speaking but also change personality got me lol'd real good jeez. Surprisingly good Comedy too imo. Suzu-chan seems like a fairly interesting character lol and the whole bunch just charming to watch! Lol, the Club Advisor even added a BBQ event for Saturday. She sure loves her BBQ, no pun intended. Kira-Kira Club sounds much more approachable than Geoscience Club for one thing at least, I reckon. Op and ED were really great too, it'll be a fun company over the ride I'm sure! Absolutely looking forward to more! Winter 2020 is off to a great start with Somali to Mori no Kamisama and now this! Hopefully, the other not-so-hyped shows will leave a positive mark on me too. |

| This was a fantastic start to a new series, I was really looking forward to this. And it didn't disappoint. We got introduced to the main cast and were shown the general direction, where the show will be going. And I really like the pacing, it didn't seemed to rushed, neither did it spend too much time on unimportant details. It seems like this will be another good show by Doga Kobo. They did some anime I really liked in the past and if they can keep up that quality, this will be another show among the ones I've seen in the past. But it should also be mentioned, that this is somewhat generic, it hasn't done anything yet, that has never done before and to be honest I don't think we will get to see anything completely new or revolutionary. But that won't make it any less fun for me, I like it anyways. Apart from that, the art is really amazing, a bright and colorfull scenery is presented and we already got to see some stars. I hope we get to see more of those, but it would be surprising if not, as this is the point of this anime. I'm also interested to see where the geology-side will be going, as this seems to be not completely irrelevant. So there is a lot of potential, I'm curious to find out what happens next. |

| That was adorable. Love the art style and the animation was good. Very obviously yuri going on but not in the overbearing way. Really good OP and ED as well. Great start to the year Only issue I had was the localization changing "Geoscience club" to "Earth Science Club" |

| Solid episode. Standard for Cute Girls Do Cute Things. It's not going to hold a candle to Yuru Camp or anything, but it doesn't need to. On the subject of yuri, if it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, it doesn't. Personally, it won't bother me, but that's just me. Once the episode got past revealing Ao was a girl, the subject of romance or whatever was pretty much dropped (not to say it won't be brought up again if the show wants to go that route). Of course there's symbolism that you can read into if you wish, which is fine, but it's the first episode - there's not much to go off right now. I don't thing any of this is a major thing to get up in arms about. All that aside, solid episode. Will keep watching. 7/10 |

| Loved it! All the characters are so cute! I loved the reunion of Mira and Ao! It was funny that Mira thought Ao was a boy all those years and he was actually a girl. I also love the chill atmosphere of the story and that we will see a mixture of both geology and astronomy talk coming in the storyline. |

| Well this was pretty cute, but that doesn't come as a surprise. Eventho it was obvious that Ao was a girl, the reveal to Mira was still pretty funny! I love that Suzu gave her approval of Ao being a girl instead of a boy. She's a girl of culture as well! Leave it to Doga Kobo to make an Anime like this every year. The studio is known for their CGDCT Anime, it's what I come to love from them. Good start and can't wait to see more. I like the mixture of Geology and Astronomy. |

| This is already my favourite anime of the year as an amateur astronomer myself and former physics major. This is basically this season's Houkago Saikoro Dice Club which was the underrated gem of Fall. Absolutely adorable and wholesome. Can't wait for more. |

HSD was shonen with varied cast and soft content, while KA is a typical Manga Time Kirara CGDCT with an eye on moe fans and fetishized female characters. | Well, thanks to how awesome Yuru Camp was, I’ve been inspired to give this a shot and so far, it was a cute first episode. I actually like how they actually skipped out on possible melodrama with Ao and Mira being reunited and made their budding friendship/love(?) feel a bit more natural. I was a bit on the fence about trying this, but I think I’ll keep watching for a bit and see where it goes. |
