| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So far, the show has been very fun. I like how Basara is trying to follow in Minmay's footsteps and I can't help but to root for him. Also, every scene Mylene is in is fun to watch. Veffidas is cool too, even though she has a small role. The only small gripe I have is that the white VFs(I don't want to spoil myself the VFs that show up later, so I can't check what they're called) are basically the GMs of this show, which makes the combat seem kind of predictable, whereas all the VFs in SDF1 Macross were competent and the battle scenes were fun to watch. |

| If this is comparable to Gundam ZZ in terms of "popularity", it's comparable with Zeta in terms of having the same half-episode battle formula! At least so far. The ground "battles" were pretty lame for the time this show was released. |
