The town of Mokemoke is a little way out of the city, a place abundant with nature.
The beastly beauties who live there have dear treasures, and someone is after them!
Who is The Great Thief Crescent Moon? The fate of this town depends on your powers of deduction!
In this game of deduction, your objective is to find out which of the beastly beauties is secretly the thief, Crescent Moon.
The player who is secretly Crescent Moon is trying to steal everyone's treasures while avoiding being discovered.
Will Crescent Moon take everyone's treasures, or will they catch the thief?
Who will prevail?

Rules:
1. Game consists of Day Phase (Discussion Phase), Voting Phase, and Night Phase (Burglary Phase).
2. Every player will receive a Role and a Character Role at random.
3. All players start with a Decoy to protect them from getting eliminated.
4. There will be an appointed Leader at the start of each Day Phase. The Leader is the only one who can appoint a player to be the suspect during that Day Phase (ex. Vote: DenjaX). At the end of the Day Phase, the appointed suspect will be locked in for voting. Leadership will rotate on the next Day Phase.
5. The order of Leadership will be determined at the start of the game. The order will be prepared through RNG.
6. During Voting Phase, all players will vote whether the suspect appointed by the Leader is guilty or innocent. (ex. Vote: Guilty) At the end of the Voting Phase, all votes will be locked in. If more than half of the players voted guilty, the suspect will lose their Decoy or will be eliminated if they have no Decoy. Otherwise, the Phase will end. Discussions are allowed during the Voting Phase.
7. The Night Phase rotates between Crescent Moon and Full Moon. The Thieves can do burglary once per Night. The victim will lose their Decoy or will be eliminated if they have no Decoy. Discussions are not allowed during the Night Phase.
8. If a player is eliminated, the Role and the Character will be revealed.
9. Day Phase will be 24 hours. Voting Phase will be 24 hours. Night Phase will be 24 hours.

SuzakuTsubasa said: The decoy means we have to vote someone twice if they're thieves, right?
Assuming they don't lose it to any other means (Burglary/Nightkill).

The informant can only win with the thieves right?
Yes.

Are players notified if they lose their decoy overnight? And do the thieves have a chat. If yes is the informant included? On that same note do the thieves even know the informants identity?

Burglary (Nightkill) targets are public knowledge. Thieves do not have a chat; they kill on alternating nights and each one chooses separately. The thieves do not know who the informant is.

I see, as I thought.
Sounds like thieves play solo. They don't have a chat but do they know who's the other thief? Though it might be a stupid question.

its like a double serial killer game instead of a mafia game, that's why its a "misc" (im not gm but i have the game this is based on).

I see, that makes it a bit clearer, thanks. I'm done with the questions~
I didn't know the original game before. I googled it when I saw "totally not a rip-off game" in Denja's first post. Looks cute.
blinddate she was never awake even with her eyes wide open never where she longed to be and if you’d meet her just know you were on a blind date with a dreamer
I will add a clarity for the win condition according to the official rulebook:
The game will end if all Thieves are eliminated or if 2 players remain.
if all Thieves are eliminated, Citizen wins regardless of who is left.
if 1 Thief and 1 Citizen is remaining, Thief wins.
if 1 Thief and 1 Informant is remaining, Informant wins.
Mokemoke, a perfectly normal town full of greenery, located a bit away from the normal civilization. The only thing out of the ordinary is that all of the population are ”kemonomimi”, half-human half-beasts!
The shining treasure is the proof of a settler in Mokemoke. But danger is looming; someone is after all the shinies! And the name of the thief is
Crescent Moon!!
To protect themselves from losing their valuable treasures, each settlers created a fake treasure in order to fool the thief:
Phraze - has 1 Decoy
SuzakuTsubasa - has 1 Decoy
aa-dono - has 1 Decoy
Grapefruit21 - has 1 Decoy
The town has gathered to find information about this pesky thief in order to stop her once and for all! They decided to appoint a Leader every day to lead the town in finding the suspect.
Grapefruit21 has been appointed to be the Leader for this Phase!
So much power! Part of me wants to snap make Phraze the suspect because I will always suspect her. But that's not the right play and I'll be responsible.
Grapefruit21 said: Also I want everyone to give their opinion on the optimal way to handle today. If there is an informant we could be lose as soon as start of D2.
Hm... Well, this is kind of like a vote lynch phase with the second phase being on whether we agree or not. You already started with voting which I think is the best way, even though you have the final word on who will be the focus of the second phase.
I'm not really sure where to start though. Day 1 aren't my thing and with 4 players I don't think we'll have a RVS to start discussions from.
Grapefruit21 said: Because I don't think we should take out a decoy this phase and I know that I won't be voted guilty.
I wonder how you can be that confident about this.
There's low risk for a thief to do that since even if they're voted guilty they know they won't get killed at night. The only risk is being voted again in the next days.
I don't think I'll be voting guilty on Grape. ( ... )
But if no one lost their decoys, how do you plan on catching the thief? @grapefruit21
Say they can kill/steal this night phase, theycan choose not to and it'll be day 1 all over again when day 2 comes.
Still we won't know if they can actually kill n2 or if they passed on n1.

Would they really benefit from not killing? Even more if they can't kill night 2.
If thief acts during the night I doubt they can target themselves, which means someone gets pretty much cleared but if they avoid that they give town 2 days of votes.

Hnn I don't really know. I remember thinking this while looking over the abilities list but I can't recall why I thought that.
Would you vote Innocent on grape? Or the confidence thief?
Today is going to be so low information that I don't want to give the thief a kill target tonight. Because if we hit town, and if there is a decoy it makes tomorrow really hard.
