| So Kobayashi's and Tohru's first contact is finally revealed. Because of the fact that they're alone, Kobayashi invited her (even though she's drunk) Because of that... Both of their lives and the lives of some other people have been more lively and entertaining for us the audience to watch. It's time to end it with a blast in the next and last episode of the first season... (assuming they'll ever get a second season) |

| Last 12 minutes of this episode were really great! It seems like showing how they meet after we see all of their scenes of their daily lives, really gives out more impact rather if they had showed this scene in the beggining of everything. |

| This is probably the most serious episode in this series. I'm glad to know more about Tohru and the truth about her first meeting with Kobayashi. Now for the last episode, there's gotta be a huge fight coming. |

| So we got some backstory from Tohru and how her meeting with Kobayashi went. Last episode already next time, seems like maybe Tohru's dad visits? I hope they won't be all serious now in the very end. |

| My heart is so heavy now. Only one more episode. This show is so utterly adorable. It handles its comedic moments as well as the sweet and touching ones and it breaks my heart that we won't ever see a second season - not with the talented crew behind this little gem. RIP Takemoto-san. |

| Nice to see that Shota has gotten attached to Lucoa. Happy that we finally saw how Kobayashi and Tohru actually met and we also got a bit of Tohru's life in her world. Glad that bandit girl achieved her dream of becoming a maid. That dragon at the end has the same eyes as Tohru, so it must be her father maybe, let's fucking go. |

| Overall this was a very good episode. I think it gave a lot of insight into not only how Tohru and Kobayashi met but into the life of Tohru herself. I think this ended up helping give Tohru a more meaningful background and therefore a deeper connection into her personality and character. I also liked how it developed from them trying to make (オムライス) omurice. Overall a very good episode and makes me look forward to the last one of the season and the next season to come!  |

| Ah we finally got to see what happened when Tohru met Kobayashi! Real glad for that bandit gal, she became a maid. This episode had some good character development for Tohru. Looks like the season finale is with Tohru's dad, the dragon emperor. I'm afraid that he wouldn't accept Tohru staying on Earth. |

| That cooking segment was fun. Those ingredients looked quite "interesting", hehe. It was really nice to see how Tohru and Kobayashi met. They had lost of fun together after Kobayashi saved Tohru's life. They were both so drunk. x3 It's nice that the bandit girl also became a maid. Uh-oh! Daddy is here... |

| I very meaningful episode that leads to character building. I love these episodes as I feel I am bonding with the characters. Miss Kobayashi reminisces on the drunken bender that brought her to Tohru and the happenings of that evening. Tohru also speaks of the human bandit that would greatly influence her decision. All in all, another great episode. |
| Man Tohru is that dedicated to Kobayashi to the point that she gets ingredients to make the best to make Omurice and we even got some insight into why she wanted to be a maid especially for the latter in particular. Apparently back in her world she met a bandit girl and not only did the ol’ Tohru spare that girl but she inspired her to be a free being and reconsider her lot in life. And the bandit girl wanted to be a maid too which is why Tohru fit in well with the human world because of that goal. We even got to see the girl being a maid which makes this extra sweet for me. It was also really lovely to see a flashback of when Kobayashi and Tohru first met and the former was drunk when this happened apparently. Shouta was worried about Lucoa even if she was just messing with him as per usual. XD She may freak him out but damn it he has come to appreciate her in his own way. Looks like things are gonna get pretty serious for the finale because another dragon is now in the human world and doesn’t look at all pleased in the slightest. I’ll wait and see what happens in the finale, next time. |
| Not gonna lie, i didn't recall any more that their first meeting wasn't actually shown in details in episode 1, it's just because i recently rewatched a italian fandub recreation of the same scene. Bad things seem to happen now but this series until now has handled almost everything nicely. Didn't expect to see Lucoa embracing the Setsubun and throwing beans tradition. Bandit girl seemed a adult version of Kanna's friend. Agree that Elma deserves a little more screentime. |
