| I really adore one thing about this series that if characters are talking at odd places then most of the episode is going to be them just talking like this one. Shinobu comes out of nowhere in fuckin' mansion like bathroom of araragi and just starts talking with him till the end of episode. watching kizumonogatari before this really setup a lot of things and i think it is must to watch before starting nise. |

| I liked. an interesting conversation in the bathroom with your own shadow... wait, a shadow is a girl?. I was surprised that she suddenly appeared like that, even without clothes. It gave me a slight chill when his sister showed up with that knife, like what was she doing, food or vegetables. |

| The Shinobu has finally talked and damn was i excited. The highlight of this episode being Tsukihi returning with a knife to Araragi's bathing with Shinobu when she proceeds to not be there was raw asf lmao. |

| I'm absolutely loving Shinobu's new laugh. "Ka-Ka!" Aaaaaand Hanekawa's bust size returned to being normal again... Also don't know what to think of her new look. She looks so... generic now :/ |
| Finally, Hanekawa returns. And she has short hair and wearing contacts. Ngl I love her new look. But I didn't hate the long hair with glasses look either. Both look really cute. Funny how Hanekawa doesn't realize that Araragi treats his sisters and other girls differently. Ig it's because she's an only-child. She doesn't know everything after all. And finally, Shinobu appears and this time with a proper voice actress, Maaya Sakamoto! Boy, this episode was filled with loli fanservice... Araragi and Shinobu have a little bit of skinship. Maybe a little too much. Tsukihi coming back to the bathroom with a knife is still one of my favorite jokes of the series. It still feels odd to me that Monogatari has so much fanservice but it doesn't have "real" nudity where it at least shows nipples and stuff. Not that I want to see naked lolies in anime. It's just such a strange decision that doesn't make much sense to me. |
