| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah nice, background storytelling this episode. Kassim is one of the more sympathetic characters imo from the series so I think he understands Freyja somewhat. I'm really liking some of the idol outfits Walkure has been using in these latest episodes. Idk why but I find it slightly amusing that Bogue almost went crazy trying to kill Walkure. Pretty intense aerial battle, Heinz's abilities also feels like it's reaching abnormal levels. The battle between Keith and Hayate also heated up again, nice. Looks like Mikumo experienced some flashbacks..and wow. |

| Bogue is getting so tiresome by now. How many times have we been through his "Die Walkure!" routine only for him to get thwarted time and again? I haven't seen this much cockblock since Nisekoi. Mikumo has finally remembered her past. Is she a Windermerean herself? The original Wind Singer? I'm expecting us to find out more details in the next episode. Hallowghoul said: Wow never thouht I'd see the day are hayate and mirage even friends anymore? I swear all episode was freyja this and freyja that hell even the last line hayate had was freyja. God this is getting old, like the songs but the character buildup is lacking. Mirage just might become a side character if this keeps up, even the soildiers on the enemy team got more lines than her. Hope hayate realizes he can't be with freyja anymore and starts giving mirage some more screen time. There's been less focus on romance in Macross Delta than in the likes of Frontier or SDFM. It's a bit more like Macross 7 in that sense. You have a male lead that doesn't really look to be so interested in that kind of thing to be honest. Look for it to pick soon in the next couple of episodes. Mirage will get some more lines soon I expect. |

| Well the lyrics been translated poorly. Anyways I'm really impressed how the songs(lyrics) actually reflect their current action and event. For those who are wondering what "lhued.jhar.rom.mayan", something like "in the name of the true king" to be closest translation, it has pass down to windermere royal family for generations. |

Frejya eye is .... horrible *Mirage ??? *Can Frejya control her power? |

Mao is what in the latter..13..14? So yeah, she'd be in her mid 70's. Not that old (although positively Godlike old by Windermere standards). |

| Loved the intense pace of the episode. As expected, the plot thickens further, even more mysteries surround Hayate and Freyja as well as Mikumo. The show is certainly doing a fine job piquing my interest. |

| I'm surprised no one identified the strain coming onto Hayate being Vars-like, but it was a sudden burst of all new things happening at once in this episode. And Mikumo is still super mysterious at this late in the anime, but at least we're finally seeing more things revealed about her. Her hair changed too during that Protoculture moment. And I'm getting goosebumps at the theories that Mao Nome is connected to this in a way she could be Lady M and because of the flashback. Like wowow! :O |

We know absolutely nothing concrete beyond that Hayate's father went rogue and dropped bombs onto NUNs own installation, which in turn resulted not only in deaths there but in loss of lives of shitload of windermereans too Wasn't that ultra unclear? She still can be in the part of Mikumo experiments tho. |

| Damn. This episode is crazy and intense. I really want to know who Mikumo really is. Cassim seems to be a good man. But I have a feeling he might die later on. Also Mirage being a side character for now. I think Mikumo would've been the 2nd girl instead of Mirage. |
| Damn overflowing events episode! Mikumo went abnormal limits beyond her normal powers! Hayahaya & Freyja went outrageously out of control there! That ED was by JUNNA was so great! (I think JUNNA is a bit better than Suzuki Minori only by a little margin) 5/5. |

| I think this episode have many great points and done a lot to advance the plot. Yet, I give it a 3. It feels boring? Maybe predictable is the word for it. I think everything they do at this point is kinda late to the party. We're 18 episodes in the show on 26. It doesn't help much if they are trying for the late pusher move. It's interesting how they are pushing Mirage to the side character line and then attempt to bring her on stage in the final episodes maybe. It's hilarious. Again, production money is wasted on girl nail polish... God damn it... I think Hayate at this point is ok as personality wise compared to when he was introduced ( a wimpy irresponsible child) I am having a feeling that Macross Delta doesn't have the budget that previous Macross show had and the anime quality is starting to show it, at least on the mecha department. ( The super pack just showed up once... Wow...). Character relationship is going ok but I'm thinking dropping M.Delta. It feels like a chore every week. Even Macross Frontier, which I completely said it was 2 girls whoring on a guy, was more enjoyable on a story/plot standpoint and mecha+flight chreography. If Kawamori was going all in with Macross Frontier, I feel like M.Delta is Kawamori little fun project to get some cash and riding on the idol movement in Japan. I think at this point, I rather watch someone play Macross 30 on the PS3 than continus to watch this show. Might stay until the end and watch what the Macross we awaited to have become. |
