| First 3/4 of the episode was boring af I was yawning all the time. The last 2 minutes were intense but fuck that. They probably won't fight anymore and go back above then talk about friendship and shit. |

| I'd really like to see some of the party members get killed like at least 2 of them at the end of the anime. Preferably the more likable character like yume died at the end. It would totally causes a big disaster to the rest of the character's morale especially merry now that she got broken twice. And im not evil that kinda plot twist needs to happen in order to make this anime stand out from the rest....or i just a love a tragical ending anime idk xD.. But to say all this right now, im probably way too late lol |
| I don't dislike or like Ranta, but I think I understand him. Haruhiro seems to take Ranta's bad attitude personally when that's just the way he is. Here is where Haruhiro may differ from Manata as a leader, we'll see. Anyway I think Ranta will be the next victim. |

| Good episode, shame it took this long. Can't really blame these wolfmen for defending their territory. This is the first MMO anime I've watched were the "players" are basically the antagonists of the world and the mobs are just minding their own business but keep getting slaughtered by the players. |

| Decent action in this episode. They're finally fightning something different from normal goblins. 10 levels for this is crazy, especially if the enemies get stronger with each level. I don't know why Ranta is such an bigoted idiot. No matter what teamwork is always the most important thing in a group. There are most likely enemies who are to strong for a 1v1, but he really thinks he can do everything alone.... The new spells they learnt looking nice. That helped definitely against in these mines. That last scene was shocking. Mary was absolute paralysed when she heard Dead Spot. I can't see how they would ever survive a fight with this giant boss mob. Hopefully they find a way out of this situation. Doesn't look good :( |

| Found myself legit panicking a little when ranta set off the alarm by accident, normally I’d not give a crap thinking that our main characters will survive in the end, but then I remembered oh wait the leader just died to a freaking arrow to the back. Things are about to go down aren’t they, I hope we get to see the op guys sooner or later, cause as far as our main characters have leveled up, probably not ready for this yet. I’m still surprised haru even decided to go so deep |

| once again they went too far too fast and fail to address Ranta properly (beat the crap out of him or kick him out). his skills are stamina based and yet he's spamming them with regular attacks and just doing whatever. the minute he almost stabbed haru they should have retreated and addressed it. they'd be safer without him but they should have stayed around level 3 or the opening of 4 and scouted. seriously? long grass? and you're just taking the road where you'll stand the F out? good god rookie shit here. |

| Haru seems to be struggling with being his idea of a leader. He should just be himself and let it come naturally. It will be interesting to see how he handles someone who thinks differently though, yes he could just kick him out of the party and that would be what most people would do in real life but that creates more problems instead of solving the core one. People with different perspectives like Rantas can be helpful and everyone won't always agree. Ranta may not think of Haru as a true & capable leader too, this could be why he wants to make his own decisions instead of relying on Haru and the party to make them. |

| First of all, Ranta just SHUT THE FUCK UP. I mean for however and whatever time that dude remains on the screen, he just annoys the life out of me. I've been really patient up until this episode, but this time his interactions with practically everyone was unbearable to watch. Anyways, that again took a whole lot of time to get to the meat part. Main boss is here for the meal, and Mary's getting those PTSD attacks.. not sure how they'll survive. |

The thing is what he said to Haruhiro explains everything perfectly, he said that he wanted to prove that he could fight on his own. He wants to prove not only to the team but to himself, he wants to make sure that no one has to protect him because that is exactly why Manato died. He protected Haruhiro and it got him killed, Ranta in turn wants to be stronger so that no one has to die protecting him. There is also the fact that he is a dark knight, he isn't meant to be a tank like Haruhiro has him set as he is supposed to charge in and attack the enemy which is exactly what he does. Haruhiro just doesn't understand how a dark knight is supposed to fight.
| @Tiramisu_Tiger That's an interesting way of thinking about it. Thanks for posting this. "Dark Knight" isn't a typical RPG class (only other example I've been personally familiar with is Cecil from early-game Final Fantasy IV lol, though to be fair I also haven't dived into many popular modern RPGs including MMOs), so I didn't really have a good read on what it's "supposed" to be like, but I guess this makes sense. I do think that Haruhiro could have handled things somewhat better with Ranta. I don't like Ranta, but sometimes we gotta work with people we don't like and try to accommodate in their perspective before making a criticism of it, and I'm actually beginning to see things from Ranta's perspective too (I actually didn't quite yet back when he first said he wasn't being listened to, but it's starting to make sense). The show so far has been doing a good job of actually making flaws in Haruhiro's leadership interesting and story-relevant, so I'm looking forward to how this is going to be resolved. Meanwhile... Oh no, Mary...stay strong! |
