| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I'm glad to see the show concentrating on some of the other side characters and competition. However, that one girl with an obsession on Erina is creepy. Seriously, the hell is she cooking in that pot? Lmao So it's another more of those prep/transition episodes. I'm fine with that as it gets the competition more tense. I'd say that Souma's rival like Akira are definitely to look out after.  Ryo is also pretty badass. |

Souma stole the show without doing anything, lol! I'm looking forward to where they will stop in the Autumn Elections for this season. It seems likely there will be a second season...Oh well, who knows what will happen? |

| LMAO Souma fucking fell asleep xDDD Putting that aside tho, this episode was way too hype If I had to guess who would be going through, I'd say from Group A - Souma, Hayama, Nikumi and Alice's assistant and then from Group B - Alice, the Chinese girl, Megumi and one of the Aldini brothers (Probably the younger one) I died when Souma lost bring cells over the fact of how Takumi's brother gets skinny every summer lol....The way he called bullshit and then later questioned as to how he's still alive had me rolling on the floor xDDD Everyone's training and cooking montages were cool to see as well Also, the curry queen twins were sect as fuck, especially the younger one and damn she wants Ishiki to fuck her brains out it seems since she's like ready to go lol....Pretty interesting how Le Legume King was a first seat in his time |

| It was cool to see the cooking styles of a lot of the supporting characters, especially Ryo and Hayama. They looked pretty cool. And wow, Isami lost a lot of weight. Erina's creepy stalker is cooking up some sort of black sludge or something? That looked nasty. Isshiki is so lucky he's got that woman who is thirsty for him haha. Lol of course Souma fell asleep. He's probably the only person who would be able to fall asleep in a tense situation like that. |

| Way too hype with this episode. I WANT EPISODE 21 NOW. Can I also say that the seiyuus for the Sendawara twins fit them to a T, especially Orie's. She perfectly captured that thirsty side of hers in the manga hahaha. Still disappointed that there's no ping pong scene but that little addition they made with Megumi going home made up for it for me. Hihi. I think it would make more sense for him to advance rather than Isami, since he considers Souma a rival. |

| Sendawara twin gives off the impression of snobby bitches who look down of people at first sight, but then come to realize their true worth and be amused by it. Perfect vessels for some exotic foodgasms. Meanwhile, Nao is going full Yandere for Erina. Also, what the hell kinda recipe is she cooking up? Looks gross AF! >.< Aki no Senbatsu is turning out to be a heated competition. Hayama and Souma aside, the supporting characters seems to be stepping up their games too. |

(as in x chapters per 1 episode) it felt kind of well put together so i'm not complaining, just being really curious if people were right saying that they are going to put shitloads of chapters into each episode to cover whole arc were right. |

No, they are going at the same pace. They did rearrange and drop some stuff, but nothing outside the normal adaptation mode. The people who thought they were going to cram stuff thought that they would do the entire election arc, but it is clear they are only going to do the preliminaries and maybe even show Erina in a swimsuit. |
