He acts like a pervert around Rias but iround Asia, he really wants to protect her while being a bit perverted. I support Asia x Issei a bit more.. Why the hell there is nudity even in a dramatic scene?... I like the show but sometimes there is unneeded fanservice. |

I can't recall an anime that has one whole cour dedicated to just 1 volume. Of course as a LN reader we want as much of the stuff in LN to be covered in the anime, but this presents challenge to pacing and series composition, particularly to those who did not read the LN. I guess calling it "cram" for what HDxD is doing here is a bit unfair, given it is doing far much slower than most adaptation we have seen. Unfortunately thats not the case. Anybody who reads the light novels can tell that they're rushing it. It will probably be the same a season 1 and try to cram 2 volumes in 12 episodes. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| Aww man Highschool DxD deserves to be watched in marathon season 1+2. I envy those who will start watching HDxD when season 2 ends :(. But I can't keep myself from watching it now, it's epic! :D And finally the fight is starting. |

| This episode felt...off. I dunno, I felt like there was something wrong with the animation in this one, so it was kinda underwhelming. But next episode serious shit happens, so I'm looking forward to it. |

I hate him since the moment he was introduced but back then he didn't show up much so I never really care. Dumbest reason ever, but maybe just because it sounds a little like "Butch." Is there any way to replace "buchou" with "Rias" in a web browser? Or another site with a translation? I guess I could copy/paste into MS word and then find/replace, but reading off of MS word seems so ghetto xD |

| The Freed vs Kiba fight with support from Issei and Saji was rather lacking compared to the novel version it was kind of half assed and changed. They also did not showcase the power of Freed's Excalibur properly, the short wiki description is Excalibur Rapidly (天閃の聖剣（エクスカリバー・ラピッドリィ, also known as the Holy Sword of the Heavenly Flare, is a sword that grants both the user and blade enhanced speed. It was wielded by Freed Sellzen. (I cut off the spoilers don't worry) It is more about the sword moving fast than making Freed move fast, Freed has always been fast it is how he gets away all the time the sword was what was meant to be moving ridiculously fast which is how he fought back Kiba's boosted sword birth. I just feel it should of been presented better and the fight should of been followed more closely to the novel and not done so half half-heartedly. They also did not really show off what good support Saji was and only showed the restraining part of his sacred gear, Saji was also absorbing Freed's power from him through the line as well. |

| Dem naked aprons. Dem one thousand spanks. Freed owns Excalibur Rapidly. And near the end, he now has Excalibur Mimic and two other unknown Excaliburs. Saji owns Absorption Line, a Sacred Gear that is dragon-based. I guess there are more dragons than Ddraig and the White Dragon. New (re-)mentioned characters: Lucifer, Rias' older brother, and Leviathan, Souna's older sibling. Azazel, Governor General of the Fallen Angels, and Shemhazai, another Fallen Angel I guess. Kokabiel and Valper appear and apparently Kokabiel wants to start a war. What an intense cliffhanger! I'm expecting a huge battle next episode. And the White Dragon has awakened! This plot is really moving fast. |

| Irina is annoying Xenovia should appear more Are they going to end Volume 3 after 5 episodes? Not sure how they'd squueze two episodes out of Kokabiel v Gremory Sadly finidng the first half of New a bit lacking Volume 4 should be a lot more interesting. :) |
