| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Kirhime in a yukata :>> and wedding dress too holy shit. Weird finale. Too much screen time for that editor not that I'm very surprised by it. So I guess this end this show. 12 episodes. I haven't read LN so no idea how well this was adapted. Dat Kirihime and her blushing this finale. Oh God. I guess the dude is still a dog though. Shame. |

| No plot, mostly useless cast of characters, jokes that get old fast, and forgettable soundtrack. Although the beginning looked somewhat promising, Dog & Scissors devolved rather quickly. To be blunt, the ending was almost sickening. Don't ask me why I didn't drop it because I don't even know. 2/10 Waste of time. |

| One word - Disappointing It had quite a good promise at the beginning, but then every next episode was worse then previous one. Not mentioning character development or depth, it's hard to actually think of most cast as characters at all. They have the same impact like that 13th tree from the right we see at the "hawaii" part. I watched episode 12 and i could as good be watching ceiling in my room for these 20 minutes. It would be almost as interesting. Almost, because ceiling have more dimensions then the characters in this anime, so it have more potential to become interesting. There is no progress, there is no real direction, and because of lack of real characters gags are just lame. There are no running gags in this anime it just repeating them for 132325235th time again and again. I gave it 5 only because of nice beginning and passable animation and music. |

| 9/10! Really hoping a second season can happen! It started off slow, but it got better as it went on~ Another season would be a great way to show us more of the cast! I think that this was more of a prologue than a first season, but it was still a lot of fun to watch~ In the end, I"m having a hard time between choosing Maxi or Sachi for my favorite character.. |

| Some gags were funny every now and again, , but it never really went anywhere with the story and the characters never got any sort of background or explanations. Dissapointing. |
| Well, it was funny, but I'm kind of saddened that they didn't go deeper behind him becoming a dog and if there was ever a possibility of him going back to normal or what. It seems the beginning was as serious as it got and the rest was just comedy. It had its funny moments and some story progression, but most of it was just flat out silly and not exactly in a great way. I can only hope that perhaps the LN is better if I decide to read it or if they ever decide to make a second season give us more than what we got this season, because frankly, I wasn't too impressed. |

| Haters in early, but it already looks like this show will average round 7.10 for a final score. It had its ups and downs, but in the end we never did get close to answering the one big question, is there any way to resolve the interspecies barriers to love between the two mc's? After all, its not like anyone should have had any expectations that this was going to be the next big thing in anime, right? But in its defense it did have some bright (Shining!!) moments and if I'm ever in indentured servitude to a scissors wielding sadist, I want her to look just like Kirihime... |

| Overall, it wasn't an awful anime. It made me laugh at certain points and I guess the story idea was interesting (in a weird way). I don't know what I expected the finale to be like... wasn't anything special. 5/10. |

| Guess Gonzo didn't learn from their mistakes when they had all those shows that bombed 5 years ago. This story was a complete mess and left so many things unanswered. Main thing that annoyed me was that they never explained why Natsuno and a few others understood what Kazuhito was saying. Although it's implied in the 1st episode that Natsuno knows why. I figured that it would end with him finally learning to accept his death and moving on. As the previous episode showed his sister and friends were moving on with their lives and accepted that he's gone. But I guess not. But at least it ended with a drunk Natsuno and a wedding fantasy. |

| Good, it's finally over. It's almost like Gonzo tried to make the worst show they possibly could. The voice cast was fantastic, but man was this show awful. Instead of having personalities, the characters just have a single joke that gets told ad nauseum. I really liked the first couple of episodes, but the rest was just trash. |
| I feel like everybody dislike this show because of the way they are set for how they believe a show should be. It said there at the end that it went on like that indefinitely. So sure it didn't have the ending everybody wanted it will end in like 10 years when the main character dies from being a dog. We the viewers just saw the beginning and then presumably a year after he dies. |

| It wasn't a very good episode first 6 episodes where only getting worse but i somehow got interested in how it would turn out all in all i didn't think it was that bad. This season has a far worse title in it. On the other hand this was watchable which could also be considered a redeeming factor. |

| I never expected this to have much of a story it was mostly for laughs and it gave me that quite often. Sad to see it over as i enjoyed this quite a bit, from the weird fetishes to the odd characters. Giving it a 7/10 |

This episode itself felt like a half-assed ending to the season, it didnt have anything much to it just a bunch of random stuff that you'd normally get in filler episodes. The repetition that goes on in this series is way over the top too imo, you could literally see everything coming in this ep. |
| This series was ok. The finale was a little disappointing, I thought the dog would get the book "Lust" and have to decide to live or die. I thought that happen when I saw "Lust" next to the dog, but I guess that just did not happen the way I expected it to happen. Overall a decent series, but I know I will not be re-watching this series in the future. Still an Great episode, and ok series though. |

| I just love the editor; That was quite an awesome ability. She never stops to surprise me, and probably the only kind of good character of the series. Second part of the episode with drunk Natsuno, meh, didn't really care. |

| I would have liked to see more of Moribe Sachi the maid, and the writer Himehagi Momiji, get more screen time as much as the other supporting characters. But other than that, it was pretty good. |

| A low 7/10 or 6/10. I did enjoy most episodes, but it lost track towards the end. Actually wanted Harumi to turn back into a human and see what relationship they would have had after that. I don't think this deserves or will get a sequel, but I'll be very mildly looking forward to it if it's announced |
