As he slaps cuffs on me, I reflect on his ignorance. Steel doesn't effect me any more than wood, and with my hands nailed together, the cuffs are rather excessive. Still, better not shred them - best he remain ignorant of my power!

Masaru sat with his legs crossed, appearing to be meditating. He had strange looking shackles around his wrists, ankles, and neck. He as well had many chains wrapped around his arms, legs, and body for extra restraint as if here were a mass murderer. Ironically, he simply sat there with his eyes closed, meditating.

I stared at the guard, contemplating the benefits of making him disappear forever. Deciding against the effort, I instead command him to bring me before the captive demon.
