| no problem, banner and layout maker = my job :D newsletter deliverer brings the new informations to the other members. something like a "spam mail". recruiter recruited members. event maker, makes new events or games. tv introducer, makes the newest or themed youtube video on the board. they are many club jobs exist. u guys can chose which jobs are proper good for your club. |

| sounds good but alex cant be a bannermaker since she doesnt have some grafic programms right? a bannermaker makes grafics = banner = advertising for club, a good job for her is a recruiter too or tv introducer, alex i show you later what u need to do ;D carina im not mad with you o.O  <--- thats a banner |

| Hey guys so I'm noticing that Carina has been doing a lot of the work for our club lately :/ It seems like after Ivory left, we didnt bother to follow through with what little organization we had managed, me included :/ So everyone, please let's do the jobs we were assigned!! As a reminder: - Carina = recruiter - HunterLeon = newsletter delivery - rice = newsletter delivery - alexfire = T.V. Introducer - emilysalvatore = Enforcer (you've got quite a job right now because it seems we are being invaded o.O) These are the jobs that we have officially assigned... please note them and do them!! Also to Carina: this is regarding my job... I hope you don't mind, but I'm gonna change around a bit of the layout at the end of the club info and organize it in a way that will allow me to not only post good amv's, but also what's "hot" on youtube in general. I'm there pretty often so I will be able to keep up with this job pretty well :) I know you have been posting the amv of the week and if you still want to do that I don't want to take it away from you just because it's my job, so please tell me if you want to keep doing that, and if you are good with my idea! |

| Hey everyone I was thinking... what do you think of adding Clannad to our staff? He's really nice and on here probably more than most of us... plus he has been making all these cards for people in our club which would generally be a staff job, and I think he would be really helpful especially if we could have him as an official member card provider for our club... BTW I am also thinking of adding who people should go to with specific questions onto our layout so if someone wants to ask about youtube, they know to go to me, or if they have questions about rules, they can go to our enforcer, Emily... |

| from what i've been seeing. i think the members vs staff is unbalanced. the -2 is makes it too easy for the staff because the members arent participating enough. we might have to make it -1 vs +1 rather than -2 vs +1 and in terms of clannad i think it would be great. clannad participates a lot and does seem to keep place in order very well |

| Just like to say thanks for making me an Officer Carina hadn't realised ;) to be honest i don't really use forums all that much so i won't be on them 24/7 like i do on chat at the moment i'm not sure what else to improve on ... Main Picture logo which i'm currently creating think would look good on the Club Profile Adding a few games into the forums like ''My Hill'' object is to maintain the hill then somone says something i snipe you ''My Hill'' another person comes along says i push you ''My hill'' and its just continous ... Specificly Music discussion forums (Latest news/gossip or just casual discussions about them) Specificly Game discussion forums (Latest news/gossip or just casual discussions about them) Have Club Goals on the club profile like: 200members 400members 500members + Limited Edition club cards 700 members 800 members 1k members + limited Edition club cards Have fun having a club rule like have fun club comment like: be sure to invite all your friends hope you enjoy it hear or something along the lines of that spoiler that contains some banners (not sure how to make those+ centered) spoiler that contains some affiliations perhaps? (centered instead of down the left hand margin) well i think i've said enough for now... comments? =) |
