| I really enjoyed this episode particularly because we got to see how well Hanasaku Iroha showcases its realism. I think I've come to like Yuina a lot more because I can sort of understand her. It's just when someone says the truth and it's not pleasant to hear, it can hit you pretty hard. Often, you want to prove to them, and especially yourself, wrong. moshpits said: This episode pretty much leaves me no hope of OhanaxTohru though :c I'm more of a Tohru and Minchi fan. Just wondering when he's going to realize her feelings though. |

| Another guy falls for Ohana, but Minchi might keep her for herself lol. Nice to see Yuina get some development over the past two episodes. Aside from looks, what makes her so much fun is also what can make her infuriating to be around at times. She's so used to being doted on and fawned over (so easy to do with her), that being called out and challenged was something she really needed. Glad to see her put in an honest effort for a change and finally giving her family business a serious look was a nice bonus. Beanman's gift was pretty cool IMO. And Nako was spot on with her gift picking! |

| Better than the last 2 part story, but honestly it's pretty boring, predictable, and full of headscratching moments of Ohana Logic and not to mention garbage fanservice. The last episode that really impressed me was when Ohana was sick, since then the show has been trying to do way too many things and failing at pretty much all of them. |

| Ohana, you naughty girl, getting all the guys fall for you, this won't end well... Didn't like Yuina in the first few episodes, but I actually came to like her a bit more. Her development was a little too sudden for me, but I guess that was all the time they wanted to spend on her. Nice fanservice with MinchixOhana at the end. If only this was a yuri show. *Sighs and daydreams*. 5/5. |

| Was the core of this episode the girls pitching in to work and Yuina learning a lesson about the rewards thereof, or was the core of this episode the 10 seconds or so in the outdoor bath? As a lot of people have said, I think that both Yuina and Minchi showed some development here (and lovely scene of Minchi handing over the gift). As for the fan service in the bath, at least there was a logical plot reason for the four of them to be there--reward from the inn for the work they did. In real life people do get naked and take baths, ignoring it altogether is just as strange as obsessing about it. |

The whole script is together. | A little annoying that Ohana tries butt her nose in other people problems all the time. In my opinion, it wasn't those part time worker fault at all. That manager did not properly train his staff, keep on directing them the maunel like some sort of machine... Ohana casting the blame on those girls? | Hot Spring Scene's :3 Ohana keeps getting herself in trouble by trying to help others. The others helped her out eventually even the school that were on the trip. Yuina helping out her Fiancé, because he praised Ohana was funny |

 - Clicking image opens albumDon't value yourself, kids. It's totally fine to work for a for-profit company without being paid, especially when you're on vacation. After all, the reward for your hard work is that you can satiate your workaholic tendencies (which aren't unhealthy at all btw). While those are the implications I got, I know that wasn't supposed to be the message. This was still largely a boring and unsatisfying episode. I hate how Ohana's character development turned her into the most boring character of the main trio. She basically has no personality now. Or rather, now her personality is that she loves working 24/7 and she loves everyone. Barf. At least, on occasion, the show still works as dark comedy, like in this moment: I appreciated Yuina and the head clerk's character development, though I found it really dumb that Yuina only changed her mind because the head clerk told her he would only marry someone who works in the exact same hotel. I also liked the way Yuina was animated while she was dancing around with her socks in her hands. This show has some personality occasionally, it's too bad that the interesting or fun parts of the show are drowned out by all the things I consider to be mere baggage. Ohana and Minko's wrestling was kind of nice from a technical point of view, but I didn't really care for it otherwise. It's too unbelievable that the other two girls are just sitting around while Ohana is being erotically asphyxiated. And since Minko was the only one with any semblance of personality in the bath scene proper, I didn't find it charming, either. Had it been just the two of them, or had the other girls reacted in some way, maybe it could have been fun. |

| This shows whole philosophy on work is just baffling to me. I get what it was going for with the spoiled waitresses. I think that's relatable to people in a lot of cultures. In privileged society there's always some entitled brats who think their job should be more fun. Or a part time entry level position should give you great job satisfaction. And I liked what it was trying to say about automation. So much of the inn's grunt work being done by machine produces a less dedicated group of workers. Pretty basic but well communicated ideas here. What I didn't get was Yuina's arc this time. She came off as a bit spoiled and self centered. Which is fine her character needed a little more going on. She's mostly been eccentric cutesy comic relief until now. But is she so wrong to want a different job? Than the one her family has held for generations? Did she really have to learn some sort of humbling lesson here. Should we really be this defined by our heritage? Also will we ever find out what happened to her parents? Or did the show forget about it? I get it's a cultural thing. But on the other hand. I've also seen anime thats handling of jobs and careers was less... archaic? Maybe that's unfair. Either way the moe is still cute if often leads to kind of bad writing. I liked all the girls coming together to make the evening at the inn work. Even if it didn't make a whole lot of sense. Minko drowning Ohana was also pretty funny. Even if I think they take her comically abusive behavior too far sometimes. |

| Decent arc overall. Ohana's impulsiveness to stick her head in other's problems resulted in her working for no pay at all on her vacation. I understand that this was used to show her eagerness but it still seems ridiculous. Glad to see more of Yuina, especially her motivations and goals, although they aren't clearly defined. Growing up in a workplace would definitely affect how you think about your future, I'm not surprised that she felt as if it was too much. Near the end of the episode Yuina mentioned that her future job was undecided which is a satisfying conclusion as we know she hasn't completely disregarded working at an inn. I had the impression that Yuina didn't place much value in her relationship with Yousouke because of how she talked about the promises they made in the previous episode, not to mention we know basically nothing about how strong their relationship really is, so I'm happy that she picked up the broom to show Yousouke that she's willing to work. |

| Ohana and friends couldn't just let the inn suffer due to the sudden lack of workers and offered to help, everything ended well thanks to them! This was also a very nice episode for Yuina's development, despite always living in the inn, she never really worked there, but seeing how motivating Ohana was (both to her and to the young manager, who totally wanted someone like her for future wife, excellent taste I have to say), she decided to contribute a bit and even ended up finding it entertaining despite the blisters she got from that, this might be the start of her future love towards working in an inn! |
