| This episode really made the series for me. From the kick, to the kiss, to the reactions, everything is just so silly I can't help but smile. :D Certainly not a great series by any measureable standards, but I'm always entertained nonetheless. Next week's beach episode is going to be so cliché and moronic that it'll be awesome by default! |

Also it seems stupid to have an attack that drains all your shields BEFORE your attack lands when losing all your shield energy means that you lose the fight. I guess the more advanced cognitive and associative portions of the brain need to be turned off and the more primitive portions of the brain need to be turned on before I watch this show. |

| I think the problem is not the anime itself, but that it's being a very popular franchise for some [unknown] reason. Anime producer see that garbage like that are gold mine in the anime industry; they keep producing stuff like this because it's very profitable, thus we keep getting garbage every single time. |

| Ugh..this show keeps getting more and more fucking annoying. I hate harems. This was such a let down. Can't believe this anime deceived me from the beginning. I LOVE Houki. She's the only girl I can even stand in this series. Everyone else is friggen annoying. Well, Charlotte's okay. I like her too, but she's throwing herself on Ichika too much. Houki is one of the best because she's not squealy and irritating and doesn't throw herself on Ichika like the others do. This show is just really annoying. I don't expect it to get better. I only expect it to get excruciatingly more irritating from all the girls being around Ichika. *sighs* |

| for those of you questioning Charlottes' reveal... she may believe she doesn't need an advantage, that she has already won all that she wants from ichika. as for laura? she never had a friend, this is her reaction, deal with it, go through life without emotional human contact and then you'll be like her. kissing and hugging. the series doesn't lack story, its just too fast paced for us to keep up, and throws it away anyway, cause as victorique said in gosick ep 8, 'we live in the moment'. obviously the past doesn't matter too much to these characters, as it was TOO FREAKING SAD for them to WANT to remember. ceci has a bad past filled with trying to save her fortune from grabbing hands, in which she lost mst of her life to studying legal proceedure to keep Basterds away from her dead parent's money, eventually she was found to be quite adept at piloting IS units and was called up by Military Intelligence to be a kinda spy, only having lived as she had, she never encountered any Man like Ichika before... Rin doesn't want to be alone, she has been alone far too often in her life and thanks to her parents, she feels like it was all her fault... ichika was always there for her, and she grew fond of him, eventually she became known as a cruel person during her IS training by her peers, simply because she vented her emotions out on the battlefield... Houki has always been in the shadow of her sister, forced to move many times because of simply being related to this sister, a sister that broke up her family and put her into witness protection... she hates everything about her life after leaving behind the only person to actually talk to her like a person, Ichika~ Lin, thered haired dudes' sister was protected by ichika when they were younger, which led her to try to heal his wounds, and being partiially friendless at this time ichika kept coming round and quickly became friends with the red haired dude... he also now goes there for food. chifuyu wants very much so to protect her brother, she hates harm in all forms and regrets ever having known the way of the sword, she won't unnecesessarilly fight anymore if she can help it, but while she wasn't looking ichika, grew up into a fine man, who'll be able to protect himself, and others, a feat she couldn't achieve thanks to her military history of sending equally young boys and women to their graves... she doesn't want to be responsible for the death of laura bodewig either... her ability might have killed her. Charlotte believes she never ever would get anything in life EVER... that is how messed up her life is, so any happiness brought forth by anyone is immediatly saved as a precious memory and she'll never ever ask for another... simply because she has never allowed to be whom she wants, eat what she liked, thought anything other than what she was told to think... she even became a freaking hard core pilot because she was hurt soo much in her life that she wanted to feel useful to someone somehow... ichika showed her she can be a person again, not just some pawn in a huge chess game... in conclusion, as I mentioned near the beginning of the post, the past is terrible, let us live in the moment, and for the future we'll hope. Everyone has their own troubles and we all wish to forget them, this anime simply skips the inconvieniant truth in order to keep viewers happy, after all, I use this series specifically after viewing fractale, merry and gosick, because it winds me down and cheers me up to no end, seeing all these people Happy and in the midst of youth... despite their horrible pasts. |
| People really shouldn't compare a Anime to real life since the two have absolutely zero similarities... Rather then that, i really enjoyed the episode and Laura has now stolen Ichika from the other by a surprise kiss, which i myself did not see coming at all. Like any other anime we need beach episode, looking forward to the next episode. |

| Oh no she didn't! So this is part that is compared with Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka. This kiss scene better since it is intentional, with a confession and in front of the whole class and his own harem though I like Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka overall (especially the characters, Sera >>> Houki) and clearly the better show. I didn't like how the battle ended but the second half with Charlotte's bath scene and Laura's kiss scene more than made-up for it. Still, don't like how these girls keep falling for this pathetic excuse for a guy who has no, whatsoever good qualities (just like Keima and Hayate). Oh well, I digress since I enjoyed this episode and the best so far. |

| This show is just so ridiculous, this is why I can't stand to watch harems because the more girls that are introduced the stupider it gets. There haven't even been any really interesting battles either. I'm going to finish this just because I've watched this many episodes and there are only 4 left but this show is not good at all. Why do all the seemingly bad characters always have a bad past in them? :/ I loved how Charles becomes Charlotte! :) She's my favorite character out of all. That surprise kiss in the end? ... Weird. Poor Houki, didn't really do much in the fight. So yeah... I guess, 3.5/5 this episode. |
| Finally, Harem Complete. some observation after watching this episode. - I thought doping is allowed in IS battles. (good thing, there are not anti-doping agency to put laura in jail or ban from school) - Academy security really really sucks. - Ichika had siscon. - I was waiting for Laura to hug her, but kiss > that's just over top - I was exactly right in episode 5 discussion. Ichika name is Ichikana, that's why Laura said, i won't accept you her brother. - "You're going to be my wife" that's just prove it, he is she. a trap. i knew it all along. - I wonder how more predictable and cliched it can get. |
