| I cracked up as I read the ''Imagay'' thing. That's a nice one Vildan :D Concerning Light... He's clever, we have the same haircut, he bought porn magazines to hide the DN (atleast in the manga don't know about the anime). So all in all he's a great person!(When he doesn't kill you of course.) |

| Well I like Light bcoz he's evil,egoistic,crazy....and has thrown away anything that would hav made him human.... But his sense of justice is admirable.....after all he could hav used the Death Note for money or power like Hiduchi,but he did'nt!! Maybe this barbaric way to eliminate eliminate evil is the only way to protect the weak & helpless... And yes he did give hope to countless tortured souls....but also he did kill even those who trusted him like Takeda...... I don't think there's a better person than Light in this world to hav picked the Death Note... I don't knw if he's a saviour or a mass murderer....but I do belive this world'll be better off with Kira as GOD!! |

| Light is simply great. Oh how I wish I got that brain of his...and I agree with the way he did things. Useless scum? People who sabotage others? Criminals that doesn't deserve any mercy? yeah sure go ahead and kill em Light. Kill me if I ever make those mistakes too xP |

| One point made by the author regarding deathnote is there ISN'T a villian or a hero in the world. Everyone is a mixture. Calling him good or evil is matter of flawed perspective. |

| Light is one of my favorite characters, and I certainly could sympathize with his cause, although he went about it all wrong. He really kind of made it obvious that there was someone killing criminals, rather than killing them at random times in a variety of ways so that no one would know there was a KIRA. He seemed to care about being god more than his cause and that is where he went wrong. Despite this, he got awfully close to his ideal world and he deserves respect for it. |

I agree (bad Kira!), but I love him regardless. :P At the end of the manga I felt bad that no one really appreciated what he did. They only cared about his criminal status. Well, that's what I thought until I saw the extra chapter. When a new person with a death note emerged, Near said it was an insult to call this person Kira. It really made me happy when Near spoke of Light with a tone of respect. Because in the end he did lower the crime rates by staggering numbers. He deserved at least that much. |

| with a friend of mine we think how the world,as we know him now,would be if Light or the Death Note where real. Our conclusion:it is better that he isn't real because it would be a real disaster. (no hard feelings btw) |
| i dont know what it is but he does something with me:P he would have been a really great and living (important) guy.. if he just wouldnt go further with his notebook after he had regained his memories or even earlier;) i really hated the ending.. i wanted him to live, not to die!!:0 and its pretty funny as they keep repeating the name 'kira' cuz my name is kyra (sounds the same as kira). |
