| Although she's not in an anime, Akazukin from Tokyo Akazukin by a mile, because lolis are only truly hot when they are (near) immortal, have the ability to kill you anytime they want to and don't look anemic. If it has to be from an anime then Kino, although she's hotter when she's older (but still DFC) and that's mostly because of her masterful marksmanship which allows to use her gun effectively even in hand to hand combat. Lina Inverse (Slayers) has her appeal as well for similar reasons, albeit a polar opposite in terms of personality. As for a true loli (and not an adolescent DFC) that appears in an anime, I guess that Miu from Ichigo Mashimaro has gotten as close as possible for me to consider a "normal" loli as being hot. |
