I’m not sure why, but I put the wrong date for the following entries, even though I did watch them on the correct day for the challenge:
-Yukai na Mezamashi Tokei. [Proof]

As for Oyashirazu, it turns out I have a small issue with the time recorded on MAL compared to the actual time, since it shows one hour earlier. Because I use a script that automatically adds the date, it ended up being logged as the 17th, even though I actually watched it in 18th at 00:27.

It’s the script made by hacker09, I think Shey shared it a while back, but I believe the issue is that my country stopped using Daylight Saving Time in 2022 but some websites still apply the adjustment.

I see that OPM still has "re-watching" status in your list. It can be confusing, depending of what you're using to update episodes. If I recall correctly, the prompt "are you done rewatching?" only happens when you click on the + sign in your anime list and it's for the last episode. I don't think it happens when you update in the anime page, but I'm not totally sure. You could go to your anime list, click edit on the anime, untick the "re-watching" box, and add the "1" in the total times rewatched that is a bit below.

• B-1: Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season wouldn't work since there's no episode history of the rewatch based on the screenshots provided. Can you provide for Slime Datta Ken, or Overlord? Checking your list they don't have start/end dates. If you think they could work, please also add start/end dates in your list. If you can't pinpoint the starting day and/or month, I could understand. Since it's a item that asks for rewatching, people tend to choose something they watched a long time ago, so sometimes I see they don't have even the year set. It's just that if you happen to know, it would be helpful to add it.
  
• G-1: Liar Liar is PG-13. The item specifically asks for G or PG.

B-1. I only have the start and end date for Overlord IV, as the other seasons I watched before joining MAL. From my conversations with my friend I can see that i started rewatching all seasons of Overlord August 2024 and finished that month but not specific date. I do not have any more information than this. Would this be okay?
G-1. Changed to Pukapuka Juju.
Overlap O-5. Changed to Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-hen which is a direct sequel of O-1 (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yuukaku-hen).

Is this good... history. It's only for when I first watched the anime. As I said, I do not have proof of rewatching.

@CukieMunster It has to show the episode history of the re-watched episodes, and ideally also the first time watch to make sure we can easily identify the re-watched episodes history. Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season, and Overlord IV won't count because we can't verify that they were re-watched with the screenshots provided.
For example, in my episode history of Overlord IV, which I also re-watched, you can see the first time watch from 2022, and the re-watch from 2024. It's easy to verify that I watched it initially, and then re-watched it.
Naturally, if the user watched an anime very long ago, like even before joining MAL, then we would only see the last episode update of the initial watch (the day where they set it as completed), and that's understandable. You can see an example of my re-watch episode history of Evangelion.

I understand. I do not have any proof for any of the anime that I've rewatched. I've only ever rewatched 3 TV anime and a couple of movies. Is there something else we can do to solve this?

@CukieMunster You already used the swap option for N-2 (Watch an anime with more than 100 episodes). Unless you decide to watch something with more than 100 episodes (even those with short episodes duration count) to free up the swap option and use it for B-1, then your only option is to re-watch something (that is at least 4 hours long in total).
When you find what you want to re-watch, then click on edit details (in the anime page), tick the "re-watching" box which will set the episodes watched to 1, and then click on submit button. The anime will appear in your watching list at the bottom. After finishing an episode, update as usual. When you're about to update the final episode, I imagine it would be better to do it directly inside your anime list (supposing you were updating using your phone or another program). When clicking on the + sign, it should pop a box saying something like "are you done rewatching?" and you click yes, and it should be set the anime as completed, and with the total times re-watched as 1 (or more supposing you re-watched it again).
The important thing is to try to update as much as possible. I had to ask users to re-watch something else because from their screenshots, you saw the first and final episodes being updated, at like the same time or with just a few minutes of difference, and we can't say if they were actually re-watched, or lying.
There's time until Sat Feb 14 2026 to resolve this.
