| I mean when a girl doesn’t at all feel anything while practically changing(though it wasn’t that practical in the case we had here), it either means she’s just too comfortable with you or you’re just someone she doesn’t even deem old enough to get shy lol. Good for our main guy, he lands in the former scenario. I mean you see, she got a bit red when Taiki all of a sudden went shirtless… need to work on muscles but okay lol. Now yeah, I’ve always believed that Kyo was, and is, such a nice guy, I mean if it were up to this guy, we’d have gone this entire season with practically nothing. So yeah forget the date, he wouldn't even be able to muster up enough courage to walk home together. Though yeah, the world isn’t nice enough for “nice” guys, so feel for Kyo in more ways than one, but hey, great fucking job with that deal. Also, that weird guy with that weird hairstyle doesn't really deserve to win lol. Though I actually forgot what was the actual result back then xD |

| Haryu really is that special kind of sadistic to "retire" as one of Taiki's rivals only to tag in a fresh one to sub for him lmao Damn, our guy is way more ripped than I expected. Can't really blame Chinatsu for her reaction. |

| The pacing and progression of this anime are perfect so far. I love how each episode is packed with content. For example, this episode includes the whole uniform situation, the slight misunderstanding between Taiki and Chi, the introduction of a new character, and the start of the singles match. All of this happens within a single episode, yet it still manages to not feel rushed and is engaging the whole way through. Also, thank goodness Kyou came up with that aquarium idea; otherwise, I was worried we would have countless episodes with no real progression, with the two characters giving each other subtle hints about their feelings but being too afraid to confess, like some shows do. |

| Taiki's match is finally here and he has a strategy in his mind against his opponent who wants Chinatsu's contact number if he wins from Haryu Senpai. LOL. Seems like that fact alone gave Taiki a lot of motivation to not lose in this match and keep Chinatsu's contact no. to himself. Kind of cute to see him motivated like that and Chinatsu being there to support him and she will also take Taiki to the aquarium if he wins. Now, he definitely has to win. Kyou is a great friend. Haryu senpai is great as well and Hina is so adorable. |

| Each episode gets better and better. Lolol, Taiki lying about not washing the gym uniform and Hina's reaction on hearing it was priceless. Chinatsu really thinks deeply about Taiki's emotions it seems, she immediately felt guilty after reflecting upon her wording even though Taiki got upset for a different reason, that was sweet. Haryu is a good senpai, but damn he's a sadist, lol. Anyway, Taiki is fired up to not let the other guy get his crush's contact, so that worked according to Haryu's plan, and he also believes Taiki will win. I like their relationship. Kyou is really the best friend one can ask for, ahhhh, Taiki is so lucky. |

| Kyo was great here at the end there with helping his friend there, even without Taiki knowing. A bit on the nose with the details about his feelings but the romantic feelings part is still not given away yet, so that's good. The story's going through pretty familiar territory and Taiki's still a character that can be a hit-miss for me at times but the pacing has been good so far, stuff's happening with each episode but moments are given time to shine here. Still want Chinatsu's character in the long run to be a bit more defined beyond having a 'perfect nature' but it's still fairly early on with the series so far. The moments of humor were better here in this episode I would say than some of the other ones so far too. |
| Lmao. Taiki accidentally took Chinatsu's uniform in a hurry. That's kinda cute. The two even took off their clothes in front of each other. Their reactions were funny and cute too. But he's pretty clumsy, isn't he? He dropped water on his uniform and forgot his racket bag in the gym. Bruh. Finally, the proper sports part of the series begins with a preliminary tournament. The animation looks good for the most part but there were a lot of shots that deliberately kept the shuttlecock out of frame. Ig it's too complicated to animate. The matches probably won't look as good until more important matches come up. So, this Kishi guy seems to be the first proper rival in love for Taiki. And he also seems to be the delinquent type. Are all male love rivals in sports romance anime like this? But Haryu basically making a bet and using Taiki for it is hilarious. Hope he'll win. Especially since his friend Kyou became the best wingman ever to convince Chinatsu to go on a date with Taiki if he won. Can't wait to see that. I liked the talk between Chinatsu and Taiki the most. Especially the realization when Chinatsu was talking to Taiki's mom. While she was right about being envious, she didn't get why Taiki said what he said. Just shows how much of a difference there is between the two. They still have a long way to go before they officially become a couple. |
| Taiki coming up with an excuse about not washing his gym clothes to stop Hina's curiosity made me laugh a lot, mostly thanks to how amusing her reaction was. XD Chinatsu did make a slight error in saying that he has two more years ahead of him, thinking that was what he wanted, when he was aiming for go for a higher goal in his first year in high school, but at least that issue was cleared up pretty quickly, also helped by her talk with Taiki's mother. Now she has no issue in giving him the best support she can. So far, Taiki and Haryu's doubles performance has been very good, but Taiki got put under pressure for his singles match, as he's up against a guy whose aim is to get win and get Chinatsu's phone number. I'm glad that Kyo mentioned this to her, which you can easily see that she's angry at Haryu for that. Speaking of, Kyo proved to be such a good friend for Taiki by mentioning that there was nothing waiting as a reward for Taiki if he did win this match, so suggesting Chinatsu to take him to the aquarium on their day off was a great idea. Here's hoping that Taiki wins this match and that a trip to the aquarium with Chinatsu does happen. =) |
| Its nice to get a romance which doesn't have any fantasy tropes, Fan service or super obnoxious characters. This shows just a pure romance with a sports focus to it. Taiki and chinatsu are so adorable together though its great. W wingman Kyou |
| These episodes are always packed full of so much stuff every episode feels so rewarding to sit through man and you actually see Chinatsu and Taiki growing closer episode by episode which is all you can ask for in a romance story. Today we got Chinatsu noticing Taiki as a boy finally, at least to his face.. she had kinda already been a little nervous walking home with him, but this is the first time she actively blushed in front of him when he took his shirt off IIRC. Got introduced to a new character and got the start of Taiki’s match. I’m really loving the emotional intelligence of everyone in this story rn. The way Chinatsu realised how she might’ve upset Taiki with the “you always have next year or the year after” line and wanted to let his mom know about is just so mature. As a top level athlete herself, she quickly realised how that would make her feel in that position and it really just lets them have a unique relationship since they can both empathise with one another. Kyo is an amazing wing man and friend for putting the date idea in Chinatsu head. Man imagine having a genuine friend helping you like that behind the scenes lmao. I’m rooting for Taiki myself because I NEED that aquarium date |

| It’s wild how these two casually stripped in front of the other in the same episode, both sparking similar reactions, except Chinatsu didn’t cower but just turned red from our man Taiki’s six pack lol, but at least with Taiki reacting to Chinatsu we got that great imagination of Chinatsu’s tummy, I like that Taiki’s mind is the source of fanservice in this show lol. And looks like the sports is getting more focus now with an actual match happening with Haryu, and then later in the episode with the new lad Kishi, the chance of Kishi stealing Taiki’s girl lit a fire underneath him so they had an intense match from the looks of it, it looked pretty nice too. Also gotta thank Kishi for that flashback, Chinatsu honestly would make a good idol, she’d be a great Love Live MC lol. And damn Taiki has the absolute man in his corner with his buddy Kyou, he went and scored Taiki an aquarium date with Chinatsu and gave her the rundown on what’s going on, mad respect for this man. |
| The male MC didn't act weird in this one, so it was better. And the best part was the friend setting him up to go on a date with his crush, great guy. |

| Man, Kyo is a hell of a wingman which is a great thing to get the relationship going. On a related note, Haryu also contributed to make Taiki improve as the penalty for him losing is the threat that Kishi might get Chinatsu's number (not that I think she would agree to it though if Taiki loses). |
| I love the alone moments between Taiki and Chinatsu. They inspire each other without even realizing it, making each episode better than the last. Kengo is a meanie for betting on Chinatsu's number, but now Taiki has to defend it and prove that he’s upped his game. I hope Chinatsu gets revenge on Kengo for that. Kyou isn't just a friend; he's a bro. He totally gets Taiki and even got him a date with Chinatsu if he wins his match. What an assist. |

| Taiki and Chinatsu's situation is quite the pickle considering they wanna keep it a secret specially from gossipers who might make their life miserable with their rumours. As such, we got to see him embarrassed about seeing her chaning in the terrace and her by his big boy six pack. The real highlight of the episode though was the match motivated by Hairyu not giving that bozo her number and now Taiki having to beat him for no reward. Well, none until best wingman came in order to plan a date so long as he wins. Will that be the case? I hope so. |

| I'm loving this anime so much. I have to say, Taiki's friend is being the best wingman possible. With a friend like him, Taiki doesn't need any more friends. Haryuu is being a really interesting character, as expected, and I like how confident he is in himself and in Taiki. Chinatsu and Taiki's interactions continue to be really cute, and it's clear that Chinatsu doesn't understand the impact she has on Taiki. Still interesting to see her so confortable changing around Taiki (this means that she trusts him, in a way). NOW, THE BIGGEST PLOT REVEAL OF THE EPISODE WAS TAIKI'S ABS! What do you mean that boy has such a defined 6-pack. Chinatsu was surprised, don't worry girl, I'm surprised too. Glad that they actually said that these abs are from him training with Haryuu, because I remember we got to see Taiki shirtless before, in episode 2 if I'm not mistaked, and they didn't draw him with any abs, so I was really surprised with that reveal. Wow, way to go Taiki, you're my inspiration. Really excited for the next episode, to see Chinatsu and Taiki going to the aquareum (since I think Taiki will win, we actually see in the ending that Chinatsu has a photo on her phone of Taiki in the aquareum, so that kind of confirms it, and that shot in the ending is actually lore-related). |

| It was hilarious watching Taiki doing everything wrong. I laughed especially hard when he dropped the water bottle on the clean uniform. Way to put the pressure on him by Kengo. Btw, poor Hina, she's a cinnamon roll, but she's condemned to lose the battle T_T . |
