How often do you go to the gym or workout in general?

I try to go 5 days per week, but sometimes only 4. I've been a fatty since a little before Covid hit but somehow found a surge of determination just before this year started. I also just bought a relatively inexpensive treadmill for my place so I can walk while listening to Onegai Muscle as the NTHE occurs.

3-4 times a week, depends on how I recover and have time.

off-season whenever I feel like lol
prep 4-5 times
pre-comp 5 times
I dont count bouldering or other sports into that and obviously the closer to comp, the less (if any) side activities I do

I do some sport once a week but I feel it clearly isn't enough. Since my last birthday, my BMI passed from 19 to 22. I've always been skinny before but now I'm always bumping my butt into stuff. 😅 So I'm really thinking about doing more exercise before I gain even more weight.

Used to do workout once a day, now with busy schedule I am in pause and I plan to go back for that routine from next week.

Nowhere near as much as I used to, when I did corrective physiotherapy as a teenager.
I exercise a few times a month with stuff at home when I'm feeling sore or slack, but I walk almost everywhere I go too, as I don't drive.

I usually work out and lift weights every morning of a weekday before school. I don’t use treadmills I prefer just running around the neighborhood even tho it’s kinda dangerous in my area
