| I'm on the fence on this one. I definitely liked this episode more than the first. Jojo Nokotan was the first genuine laugh I've had so far and I really liked the first 10-12 mins. Unfortunately the introduction of the siscon character kinda derailed it for me and I found myself just as unamused as episode 1 in the 2nd half. I'll give this one more episode to win me over I guess. |

| What an absolute pleasure and gem of a show. Laughed even more on this episode.. I couldn't stop smiling! Really loving all the cute animations and excellent voice acting. I knew Han Megumi would be perfect for the role as the deer girl, but everyone else is really killing it too; the voice acting and humor is just perfect across the board. Episode direction and script is tops too. |

| Only two episodes in and this show already has me feeling like I'm taking crazy pills. Everybody won't stop talking about how insanely funny they think this show is, and I just don't see it. The humor is often just an inferior version of stuff found in Nichijou, D-Frag, and other (better) absurdist/tsukkomi shows. The "shika" chanting/singing is genuinely annoying. The 3D deer are cheap lol-so-randumb humor. The 4th wall and announcer humor aren't great. This show seems to treat its viewers like they're dumb children, or at least that's how it feels to me. They also have their obligatory 1 or 2 animation sequences per episode that are blatantly meant for farming clips on youtube and social media. People will say "oh but comedy is subjective", and yeah obviously. But I think there's something to be said when you can literally point to where and how half a dozen other shows did the same type of jokes but better through proper setup, timing, execution, and more. And on the subjective level, I loved the aforementioned shows. I sat through D-Frag, Asobi Asobase, etc with a shit eating grin for practically the entire runtime. For the entirety of the first two episodes of Shikanoko, I never so much as smirked. Maybe I'm just giving it a hard time because of how much people kept glazing it before I got a chance to watch it, idk. |

| Those Shika songs are great, might get old after a while though. Episode was good, but not as funny as the first one. I somehow expected the other two girls from the opening to be deers as well. |

@Ofenfrische tbh for random bs this was way too predictible. It was obvious that the club room would be vandalized, it was obvious that Shikanoko would totally fall to the cracker trap, it was obvious that yandere sis would accept Shikanoko after she sacrificed herself, pretended to die, but actually be unharmed. Etc etc etc. Not a position you'd like to be in with random comedy.

I feel like that too... there's too many moments on this episode where the outcome was predictable moments before happening... don't know if is the timming or whatever... but this feel weird for a nonsense comedy show... I want to be shocked at a completely random unexcpected bs (first episode was better at this) also, I was already expecting Nokotan to be saved by a senbei, but thought she would simply randomly have one with her, but they actually gave a logical explanation to why she had one, and Idk why, but feel even weirder |

| Thought they were going to actually fight and that the budget would be absolutely blown like a dragon-maid fight that came out of nowhere, but the 'quiz' that we got was even better. At the end of the day, both contestants won, but Koshitan lost. RIP |

| Hmmm... This feels like a anime that you watch when you have nothing else to watch, LOL. Think I'll come back to this later (still gotta catch up with bunch of other series) . The little sister was interesting, but a bit TOO try-hard Sis-con And... if the little sis knew her onee-chan was setting up the club... if she was a true sis-con, she wouldn't destroy anything belonging to her big sis. |
