@Jellyf Well, if that makes you less traumatized, turns out the guy was a severe alcoholic that wasn't mentioned in the documentary, so most of his issues come from that.

| this is my worst habit I think, anything zero sugar and caffeinated including ultra monster/alani/sugar free red bull lol I never drink the sugary ones but probably one diet drink every day or every other day this is on top of coffee and sometimes black or green tea too because stimulants sort me out and I chose to come off my ADHD meds a few years ago so it helps |

| 0 to 1. I prefer those glass bottles of Mexican cokes, or any other Mexican soda with cane sugar. But I don't drink soda regularly. One thing I like to do is get a cup of the strawberry lemonades that fast food places like Habit Burger sell. I get ample ice, fill it up like 60% with water, then fill the rest up with the lemonade. That way it's under 150kcal and isn't overly sweet. |
