(Since the manga has yet to tackle it) Btw, Aisha is so adorable earlier. She's the perfect imouto trope. However, Norn ain't that bad as well. |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Well it was indeed a turning point. I think Rudeus fucked up by not listening to hitogami. In contrast to the other turning points, the effect of this one will be seen in the next episodes for sure. |
| i think ignoring hitogami's advise was not a good decision. i believe hitogami can see something rudy cannot and his advice is to guide rudy in the best possible direction. but i guess if rudy doesn't exercise his own will then he might regret that too. rudy's staying or not staying at the end wasn't in his hands but in the hands of the obligations he has. it was choosing either the obligation of being a father and husband or a son and big brother. i still think its pretty dangerous to go out on a journey and that too with a family waiting back home i didn't really expect them to have kids this early, they're hardly 20 bruh. at least i think the joruney won't be solo. he will go wth elinalise for sure. but 1 whole year is a damn long time. if the letter has come now that means they are in danger now. anything can happen in a year. they all just might die by the time rudy reaches or everything goes well and rudy finds that him coming there was of no use at the end and he missed the birth of his first born child. nanahoshi's gonna be pissed. something tells me that long list of teleportation of objects is not going to get completed for at least a year. also i smell eris coming somewhere along the journey. she is by no means an insignificant character and she has been absent for quite some time now. can't wait to see how much she's grown over the years but i don't think she can come close to rudy's power. the advice of mating with linia and pursea was wild though. hitogami doesn't give a shit lol but the way he just went without saying another word or properly talking it out about the new advice with rudy seems a little off. i wonder if hitogami is gonna appear once more in his dream now that rudy has made up his mind to go. considering the next episode title even if he does rudy is still going. why do i feel like the remaining episodes are all gonna filled with the journey plus i feel like just 6 episodes won't be enough to show their whole 1-year journey unless a time-skip happens which i think is unlikely. they can't just skip them travelling, things are bound to happen while travelling i mean. in any case i'm kind of glad that we are moving from the comfort and sol atmosphere into the real charm of mushoku tensei- adventure. this turning port was quite tame compared to the other 2. while watching those episodes most of us didn't even know what to expect with those titles the first 2 times it appeared, at least i did not. this time i was expecting something huge but it was pretty mild in comparison. sylphie is pregnant and rudy has to go save his mum. both of which i knew were bound to happen one day or another. nothing we all didn't expect. looking forward to see the new tone and atmosphere now that the sol and uni arc is over. it won't all be giggles from here on out i assume. |

| This season has been the best season for me so far. I'm loving the slower, more emotional side of this show and now we may get some action in contrast, for the remainder of the season. |
| Ok, this whole thing is way too suspicious. 1. Considering the time it took for the letter to reach him AND the time it'll take for him to get there, whatever "help" they need is clearly not an emergency. 2. Send help... for what? Where's the detail? What kind of help do they need? A healer? A swordsman? A dungeon expert? Rudy, specifically? What are they fighting against, if it's even a fight at all? 3. Letter is not from his father. This fact alone should raise some eyebrows. If something happened to Paul, why not mention it in the letter? If he's fine then why isn't he the writer? Idk, staying home seems like the smarter option to me. Then again it's not my mother I guess. |

| A crossroads of decisions, and a tough choice for Rudeus... Turning Point 3 is here, and it was definitely the least impactful of the turning points so far in the series, at least in terms of instant impact. It was more of a setup for what is to come, which started with the tough choice for Rudeus of saving his mother, Zenith, while leaving his pregnant wife, Sylphie, and his sisters behind. The thing most worthy of note would be that Rudeus chose to defy what Hitogami said for once, and it has me very apprehensive of what's to come, as I don't anticipate this to end particularly happily. That said, the second half of this cour should be a return to form, back to the travelling aspects of this series, which I feel is where this series has excelled at, especially during Season 1. I just hope Studio Bind is up to the task. |
| I didn't expect Norn to be such an important character this season, Norn could make the previous episode so emotional, then this episode she makes Rudeus decide to save his parents. So for me, the best character this season so far is Norn. |

| @Scootboi Rudeus has always listened to Man-God until this ep lol, even if he did argue with him from time to time. This was the first time where he changed his mind to prioritize saving his family. Its a lose-lose situation but ultimately, with the help of Norn feeling upset (she isnt married and unlike Rudeus, both Zenith and Paul are her real, actual parents) so helping them and reuniting the whole family together was the route. If he chose to stay or go, regrets always be there but this way, there is a chance of bringing everyone together than forsaking them completely by only thinking about himself and Sylphie, and not for his other family members that he has grown to care for so it is a gamble for him that's worth taking. Nothing stupid about it. No guaranteed right or wrong answer to solution. |

| Looks like Turning point 3 and after that point is like the consequences of what Rudy will choose he will regret it no matter what huh and I'm feelin anxiety and excited abt his involvement with rescuing his mother in the Begaritt continent. Heard the show is getting a week break which sucks but y'know that's fine cause it's just two weeks and a week feels quick imho lol. |

| Right as things were starting to go well in all directions that letter arrived with a big development for Rudeus: abandon your current life for the chance to save the rest of your family. I don't see things going well with this decision even with Norn pressuring him to do so. Also, what was that part about the mating season? Weird to say the least. In any case, here come new regrets for the MC. |

11% said they hated it. Dang how many people are seriously just hate reviewing just because they don't like the show. I know for a fact that a majority of those people didn't rate it a 1 because they genuinely thought the episode was trash.

| I swear this show is so insanely good now. The scene transitions are a work of art. Im not going to talk about the obvious here but instead say I think Aisha working as a maid feels.. weird. Like she is wasting her potential out of some sense of obligation. Its what she wants but she is also still a kid. If you asked a kid what they wanted to do school is probably not high on the list. I think Rudeus should have went against her wishes and sent her to school too. I mean she doesnt even get to make any friends this way. It almost feels like some weird sort of self grooming on her part. Good thing this show doesnt just introduce teleportation or invent flight or something. Honestly I dont know what I would do. Rudeus has some decent amount of money right? Should probably hire some mercs to help Paul. |

| Well, that was boring. Last time I checked, Turning Points in MT used to be exhilarating and easily the best episode of their respective season. Oh well... at least the "Adventure" tag will finally make sense within this cour. Or maybe the real Turning Point was 60yo MC finally achieving his goal of impregnating one of his underaged lovers 🤔 That aside, I now wonder if Nanahoshi's investigation will be used in some way to help Rudeus get to Begaritt Continent faster. The idea in itself sounds kinda suicidal but you never know. . . . So... Linia or Pursena? |
