| It's sad seeing the fallout with Masamune and Aki's relationship. They took one step forward and many steps back...and what's worse is during the holiday season. Got more flashbacks of Masamune again but this time, it's between him and Neko. It even looks like the season decides to focus a bit on the pair in the present timeline |

| So it was hives because of stress after all. We get some Neko action. This won't amount to much, but I hope this leads to more progress with Aki at least. So yeah, does Masamune actually like Aki? She does seem to genuinely like him, so I sure as hell hope he does. |

| Its indeed difficult to picture Neko short and round considering how pretty she is now. New years is always an interesting time. Mas's mom would fit right in a school if no one told her that she's actually a mom. Its nice that we got to see how Neko and Masamune met back then. The Hanetsuki contest sure was amusing. The heart to heart with Neko was a nice moment. Though it was part of her attempt to help him it was also sad seeing that it was also her real feelings there as well. |

| I really enjoy fattymune. My friend had a drumstick casually tucked into his pocket, hah. Being prepared for hunger, right? Hanetsuki isn't Kojuurou's strong suit. He keeps getting hit in the head, poor guy, haha. It's good that Makabe could distract him from the Aki situation. I'm starting to agree with Neko about Makabe. He does seem stressed now that his main goal is achieved. Perhaps he should reflect on the significance of his past and his feelings for Aki. Neko was quite daring in making her move. Aki better watch out, or she might face competition from Neko for Makabe's attention, haha. |

| I find it ironic that he gets hives from the two girls who has been pretty straight with him the whole time, while he's most at ease with the one who deceived both him and Aki. Personally, I wish he'd drop all the drama, and date Futaba instead. |

| Why is Yoshino still eating the footage? Why is she still here? Why does Masamune still treating her like a normal person? Also Fujinomiya should just stop in her advances of making her unrequited love true.. please. That guy doesn't deserve you. |

| Typical anime logic of having the young Masamune being able to stuff a massive chicken leg inside his pocket without us viewers knowing that he had anything inside that pocket at all. XD Putting that little amusing part aside, his hives isn't anything majorly serious, but it does flair up whenever he's stressed, which he did open up about during his talk with Fujinomiya. She's still in love with him, which she does make clear, although Masamune isn't sure about what to decide next, since her assessment of him having a burnout after his revenge plan was ended. One thing doesn't help he how long he hasn't talked to Aki since the previous episode and now encountering Yoshino on the streets means a rather awkward discussion between the two again. Hopefully things can be cleared up between the lot of them soon before things get worse. |
| Why the heck did he lying about Aki having plans so he left her out of the Shrine visit? If I were her and I found out he went with others after making up a lie, I would take that as him not caring enough to want to be her, or wanting to be with other girls instead and it would be the end of the relationship. So little Neko liked Masamune because he was kind enough to offer her a large chicken drumstick that he voila just pulled out of his jacket pocket! And she told him she loves him for who he is now, not because of a past memory. Whoa. That was deep. Masamune still got hives! At last the mystery is solved, it looks like love = stress = hives. I still can't bring myself to like Yoshino. |

| This episode was a little slow and boring but at least it got to the bottom of the hives on Masamune's arm. Hope next week's episode is better |

| New Year and that means a shrine visit but Neko does it differently. Apparently Masamune has stress according to the doctor and that's how he gets hives. Tae & Shuri see Masamune walk and decide to invite him for the shrine visit but when they also want to invite Aki, he shoves it off or something. Aki still thinking about that notebook that she found. Well looks like Neko & Masamune met each other before he met Aki. They decide to invite Neko as well for the shrine visit. Masamune is then alone with Neko and his hives are gone? strange. Yoshino & Masamune cross paths but they decide to not say anything to each other, while Neko is watching from a distance. Neko did her exam at the hospital or something and Masamune sees her, she invites him to her home and there they talk stuff out. It seems whenever a girl gets too close to Masamune then he gets some kind of stress and his hives are back then, even Neko had shaking hands afterwards. Masamune yells or something and then hears someone fall and runs towards it and its Yoshino. Interesting. |

Still questioning why the animators decided to go in this direction, is it just to give Neko San some chance to end up with him? The whole thing still seems very unfair to Aki, after everything he's already said/done/had bad intentions and all. |

| The Irony: Mamsamuna was upset Aki didn't remember him after all those years (though it was actually she didn't recognize), but he also didn't remember Neko (though it sounds like he saw her once). |
