| I really liked this season :) Ayanokoji is soooo smart, i love his character ! I haven't read the LN so I don't really know if it's a good adaptation but I enjoyed it :) Can't wait for S3 =) |
| So if I'm not mistaken, Ryuen is still going to be a player in the grand scheme of things- another tool, another weapon added to Ayanokouji's arsenal. I'm glad he's still in the game; even though he's been the antagonist for the whole season, our time with him still felt too short. Probably thanks to the extremely rushed nature of these adaptions. This is a series where I definitely don't want characters thrown away when the plot decides they're done with them. Instead, keep them as an additional moving piece to the story. It's another 5/10 as an anime just like season 1, although even more rushed (adapting FOUR volumes this time around as opposed to three. FIVE actually, counting this one which is all of 7.5), and with a less consistent production quality (there was that one episode or two with the off-models). It's not terrible, it's still mildly enjoyable, but by no means again does it barely do any real justice to the LN's (I've just recently decided to read them and am only on volume 3 rn, but watching this you can just tell without knowing how many volumes they covered, that they skipped A LOT of stuff.), and it adds up to just being simply "ok"; hence the 5/10 score I believe it deserves. However episode 12 of course went hard asf so for that alone it gets a bump up in its score. 6/10 Imagine if like 10 years from now, this LN series is properly adapted in full, in its entirety, without disregarding a single line. It would take the anime world by storm. It's not highest rated LN (aside from the monogatari series) on mal for no reason. |

| I've seen so many mixed opinions about this, as expected lol. I think that this last episode was quite quite relaxing compared to the other drama packed episodes, a decent way to end the season. Although this show is nothing special, definitely going to watch season three for the maybe finale? |

| Although the first half of the season is really weird(except the first episode), but the second half is really great. And the ending to this episode reveals a new rival to Ayanokouji, really exited for s3! |

| Damn Kiyopon is just fucking savage, I feel bad for all the girls lmao. Tools go brrr. I didn't think we would have such a good ep after the fight one but it was a great way to set up S3. |
